Jared Abert is a Vice President in the Americas Capital Formation Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He serves as the Senior Alternatives Specialist leading the North Central and Great Lakes teams, delivering the power of the Goldman Alternatives investment platform to a broad set of investors through our partnerships with Private Banks, Boker-dealers, RIAs and other distribution platforms. Prior to this role he worked for Franklin Templeton in their Alternatives group. Prior to Franklin Templeton, Jared worked for Goldman Sachs for 8 years across Asset Management and Global Banking and Markets divisions. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2025, he worked as a vice president at Bank of America, where he traded agency mortgage-backed securities. He previously held a similar role at Credit Suisse. He has 10 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
