Brianna Mariolle
Job Title: Partner, Senior Wealth Advisor
Organization: Beacon Pointe


Brianna is a Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor in the Beacon Pointe Campbell office who specializes in providing comprehensive wealth management advice to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. With over a decade of experience, her approach combines a deep understanding of complex financial entities with a focus on multi-generational, long-term growth. She works closely with clients to navigate the intricacies of estate planning, tax strategies, wealth transfer, investment management, and risk mitigation in order to create tailored recommendations for each client. Her goal is to build strong, lasting relationships, while ensuring that clients not only achieve their financial goals but also feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Brianna earned her B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a triple concentration in Finance, Risk Management, and Operations & Information Management. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and a member of the Bay Area chapter. Brianna currently resides in Redwood City, CA, with her husband and dog, where she serves on the board of the Redwood City Improvement Association. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, following current events and financial markets, and trying new culinary experiences.


Bahman Mirzaee
Job Title: Endowments and Foundations Segment Leader
Organization: Mercer


Bahman Mirzaee is an Endowments & Foundations Segment Leader within Mercer’s Wealth Division. He oversees all the client and business development teams in the West region and is responsible for ensuring those teams are meeting their goals in driving client outcomes.

Before joining Mercer, Bahman was a Client Success Regional Leader within Vanguard Institutional Advisory Services. His team was responsible for finding and supporting a wide variety of nonprofit
organizations in meeting their investment needs. He had previous rotations at Vanguard in their thought-leadership, product management and institutional divisions. Before joining Vanguard, he held roles at PIMCO and First Foundation Advisors. Bahman earned a B.A. from University of California, Irvine (UCI) cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.


Travis Pruit
Job Title: Partner, US OCIO Head of Client Portfolio
Organization: Mercer


Travis Pruit is a Partner, Senior Investment Consultant and the Head of Mercer OCIO Client Portfolio Office. He is based in the Portland office of Mercer Investments. Travis has over 30 years of investment experience. As Head of the OCIO Client Portfolio Office, Travis works with Mercer’s delegated professionals to develop and implement flexible solutions for existing and prospective complex OCIO clients, leveraging the multiple sources of value add delivered by the Mercer investment philosophy and infrastructure. 

Travis is voting member of the firm’s Endowment and Foundation, Healthcare, Defined Benefit and Insurance investment committees, which serve as the internal governance entities for portfolios and sets the tone for the investment agenda for Mercer clients. He also serves on the Public Markets Selection committee, which governs selection for traditional strategies used in discretionary client portfolios. Working day-to-day with five current clients, Travis marshals the firm’s significant
resources to design and implement customized solutions tailored to meet the specific return, risk and liquidity objectives of each of his clients.
 

Prior to joining Mercer, Travis was a Senior Advisor and Co-Chief Investment Officer for Anerich Massena, Inc. As Senior Advisor, Travis provided investment consulting services to institutional clients, including foundations, endowments, and corporate and public retirement plans. As Co-Chief Investment Officer, Travis assisted the CIO and investment committee in setting the investment direction for the firm, identifying market opportunities, researching broad economic factors, managing the development of capital market assumptions, and participating in all facets of manager selection.
Travis received his BS in business-finance from Oregon State University and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.


Alison Romano
Job Title: CEO & CIO
Organization: San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System


Alison Romano serves as CEO and CIO of the San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System (SFERS).  She oversees the $39.8 billion pension plan and the $6.6 billion deferred compensation program as well as business operations and benefits administration. In addition, she serves as Trust Administrator for the $1.7bn Retiree Health Care Trust Fund.  Prior to SFERS, Ms. Romano was Deputy CIO at the Florida State Board of Administration, an organization responsible for investing $225 billion in defined benefit, defined contribution, and other assets.  Previously, Ms. Romano held various positions at Goldman, Sachs & Co., last as Vice President in Investment Banking.


Bill Stout
Job Title: Head of Private Markets Strategy
Organization: Vanguard


Bill leads the Private Markets Strategy for Vanguard as a member of the Product Team (PRD). The Private Markets PRD Team is responsible for developing the private markets product strategy, building the investment vehicles, and supporting Vanguard’s client channels to commercialize each capability. Bill is an experienced alternative investments product and distribution executive with a proven track record over 25+ years of effectively building and leading businesses by driving strong sales growth through development of innovative products and sales penetration of wealth and institutional channels.
Bill joined Vanguard in July 2025 from Nuveen where he was Sr. Managing Director, Head of Global Client Group Strategy & Business Development with responsibility for creating and managing the execution of Nuveen’s Distribution and Product Strategy for private and public markets strategies within all client channels across the globe. 

Prior to leading Strategy for the last 2 years, Bill was the Head of Alternative Investments Business Development, leading a 35-person team across Wealth and Institutional client channels providing strategy expertise, product and private markets insights for Nuveen’s alternative investment capabilities across credit, private equity, real assets, and real estate. Prior to joining Nuveen in 2016, Bill held several Alternative Investments Distribution and Product leadership roles including serving as Managing Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Corsair Capital Management, an event-driven hedge fund, where he was responsible for leading the sales, marketing and client service efforts. 

Prior to his tenure at Corsair, Bill was Managing Director at hedge fund-of-funds firm Robeco-Sage as well as successor firm Arden Asset Management serving in sales, business development, product, and investor relations leadership roles. At each of these firms, Bill was successful in launching and placing alternative investment strategies onto the product platforms of leading wirehouse and advisory firms.
