Connor Gay
Job Title: Vice President
Organization: Churchill Secondaries


Connor is a Vice President at Churchill and a member of the Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions investment team, focused on the firm’s Secondaries strategy. In his role, he is focused on sourcing, underwriting, and executing secondary investments, as well as strategic portfolio management. Before joining the Secondaries team, Connor spent over three years with Churchill focused on private equity fund commitments, junior capital, and equity co-investments.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2020, he was an investment banking Analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group at Regions Securities, where he worked on syndicated finance and M&A transactions. Previously, Connor was a consultant in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Advisory practice.

Connor graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics. He also serves on the leadership committee for Churchill’s Gryphon Scholarship Fund


Cody Keane
Job Title: Principal

Cody Keane joined Blackstone in 2018 and is a Principal in the Private Wealth Group involved in raising capital for Blackstone’s private and public funds across the Midwest region. 
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2018, Mr. Keane advised corporate executives on capital market transactions and financial planning, as a member of a private wealth management team overseeing $5 billion in AUM.

Mr. Keane is the Co-Head of the CAIA Chicago Chapter, holds his Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, and is a YPB Board Member of Beat The Streets Chicago. Mr. Keane attended Gettysburg College and graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Organization & Management Studies. Mr. Keane also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science.


Bill Loskota

Bill Loskota is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group and focuses on Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust ("BREIT").

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2021, Mr. Loskota most recently worked at Oaktree Capital Management, where he was a Managing Director and Product Specialist across the core+, debt and opportunistic real estate strategies.

Mr. Loskota received a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Pepperdine University.


Brad Panske
Job Title: Director, Client Portfolio Manager, and Private Markets Specialist
Organization: Invesco


Brad Panske is a Director, Client Portfolio Manager, and Private Markets Specialist at
Invesco. His primary responsibilities include engaging with Invesco’s broader distribution
team and expanding IRE’s presence in the financial intermediary channel across Illinois,
Wisconsin, Minnesota, the Dakotas, and Greater St. Louis.

Brad began his investment career and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2021. Prior to his
current role, he worked for 3 years helping drive project management and execution on
Private Markets products as the Chief of Staff for Invesco Real Estate. After college he spent
time, first as a Financial Systems consultant and then 4 years building out sales, finance and
operations for a global chemical manufacturer in South America and Asia Pacific.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas (Magna
Cum Laude) and an MBA from Oklahoma State University (Summa Cum Laude).


Ben Trombley

Organization: Apollo Global Management


Benjamin Trombley joined Apollo in 2023 in the Client and Product Solutions team as a Managing Director leading the credit solutions platform within GWMS. Prior to joining Apollo, Ben spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he most recently worked as a lead portfolio manager focused on Emerging Market Credit. Additionally, throughout his tenure at Goldman Sachs he has held various roles across Corporate Credit and Multi-sector Fixed Income portfolio management. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ben worked as a fixed income trader and on the structured finance syndicate at Citigroup. Ben graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Richmond University.
