François Barthelemy

François Barthelemy has more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions in financial services in London and Paris.
Between 2015 and 2018, he founded and managed SETL, a fintech specialised in blockchain market infrastructures.
Previously, he advised major financial groups (Euroclear, OFI AM) and headed Primonial AM from 2011 to 2013.
For 8 years, he also managed an Asset Management company in London, which gives him an excellent knowledge of the Anglo-Saxon market.
Graduated from ESCP Europe and holder of a degree in art history, as well as an undergraduate and master’s degree in museology from the Ecole du Louvre, he now completes Gimar&Co’s know-how in asset management, market infrastructures and blockchain
Cristina Freudenberger
Organization: White & Case LLP
Dr. Cristina Freudenberger is a partner in the Global Capital Markets Practice Group at White & Case and advises issuers and investment banks on capital markets transactions. Her particular focus lies on digital and DLT-based capital markets products such as crypto securities and the tokenisation of traditional financial instruments.
Christoph Hock
Organization: Union Investment
Christoph Hock is a managing director and Head of Multi-Asset Trading at Union Investment. He joined Union in 2014 and, with his team, is responsible for all trading activities associated with portfolio management of cash equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, listed and OTC derivatives, fund and ETF business and securities lending. Recently, Christoph has established an organizational structure with high touch trading, electronic solutions & technology and trading- & regulatory services as the groups within his team.
Christoph graduated with a bachelor’s degree in banking and obtained an MBA degree from St Galler Business School in 2022. He has more than 25 years of international investment banking, trading and management experience, having worked for companies on the sell- and buy-side.
Christoph was head of Execution Sales at Barclays Bank. He was founder, partner and co-CEO/Head of Portfolio Management and Trading at Tungsten Capital Management, a hedge fund company. Prior to this, Christoph was Head of Proprietary Equity Derivatives Desk at J.P. Morgan.
Robert Koller
Organization: NowCM
Robert has vast expertise in debt capital markets and in funds (particularly, hedge funds) as well as in the social impact area, in particular finding solutions to scale up investment opportunities. He is also spearheading the development of a European debt primary placement market with eppf.
He has also ample general capital markets experience (including equity transactions), as well as in financial regulatory law and project and asset finance. He is especially interested in alternative investments, such as cat-bonds and other insurance linked securities as well as infrastructure investments. Robert has also worked in the general corporate and corporate finance areas. He was involved in establishing electronic trading platforms and has also worked for shorter periods in Mexico, France, Austria and the UK.
Educated in Austria, Robert graduated with an Austrian and a Spanish law degree. He is qualified as a Spanish, German and English lawyer. Robert has also made himself a known name in European law by winning a landmark case before the European Court of Justice and the Austrian Constitutional Court.
He is a CAIA charter holder and led the CAIA Germany Chapter for a few years. Robert is fluent in German, Spanish, English and conversant in French.
Reza Machdi-Ghazvini

Reza is a Director at Eurazeo and is heading the fundraising activities in the DACH region. He raises funds for several strategies across Private Markets, spanning from Private Equity, Private Debt, and Infrastructure. Reza has joined Eurazeo in 2018, prior to this, he was a Director for institutional investors at Robeco Asset Management, one of the leading asset managers in the Netherlands. Previous positions also include positions at Aquila Capital and Deutsche Bank. Reza holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
