Caroline Bergeron
Organization: Innocap Investment Management


As Global Head of ESG and Impact Solutions, Caroline is responsible for Innocap’s ESG and impact business offering. She leads and develops strategic initiatives targeted to assist Innocap’s clients to invest constructive capital in order to generate growth while contributing to a more sustainable world. Caroline strives to have a meaningful impact on asset owners and asset managers as well as on all stakeholders of the ecosystem.


Charles Lemay
Organization: Walter Global Asset Management


Charles Lemay joined Walter Global Asset Management as Partner in 2021. A committed advocate for the emerging manager community in North America, Mr. Lemay benefits from complementary entrepreneurial and business development experience to help propel the growth of Walter Global Asset Management’s portfolio partners. Mr. Lemay has held senior business development and leadership roles with both emerging and established investment management firms. Mr. Lemay was notably instrumental in the growth and subsequent merger of Landry Investments with Nymbus Capital. Prior to this, he led business development efforts in the U.S. for Addenda Capital. The previous decade of Mr. Lemay’s career was spent in front and middle office roles at prominent firms in New York, including Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman Sachs, he was Vice President - Emerging Markets Cross Asset Sales, covering US-based hedge funds and institutional asset managers. In this role, he helped launch a new emerging markets corporate credit team and implemented trading strategies for institutional and hedge fund clients.


Eric Lemieux


Eric Lemieux is Senior Director, Investment structure management at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). His role is to ensure that all structure, business and operational risks are assessed and mitigated, both in the pre- and post-investment phases, as well as to negotiate and support deal implementation. Eric has held other positions at CDPQ, including Managing Director Funds, Private Markets. Eric joined CDPQ in 2009 and has previously worked at National Bank of Canada and Royal Bank of Canada. Eric holds a BSc and a BAA from Sherbrooke University.


Sean Ward


Sean Ward is a Senior Managing Director of Blue Owl Capital Inc., a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and a member of the firm’s board of directors. Sean also serves as a member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. Prior to joining Dyal Capital, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s GP Strategic Capital platform, Sean was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers and held several roles at Neuberger Berman after it became an independent firm, including Senior Counsel for Neuberger’s alternatives business. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, he was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and credit transactions. Prior to Covington & Burling LLP, Sean worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York and London. Sean currently serves on the Leadership Council of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, a nonprofit focused on human rights issues and a “social good” approach to business and investment. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Brooklyn Museum and the Packer Collegiate Institute
