Description:
As wealth creation accelerates across Latin America, a growing number of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and private investment platforms are looking beyond their home markets to access the scale, stability, and opportunity available in the United States. This panel will explore the powerful trend of Latin American capital flowing into U.S. private markets, including private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital, and alternative investments.
Industry leaders and cross-border investment professionals will discuss the drivers behind this shift, the evolving role of Latin American investors in the U.S. private capital ecosystem, and the opportunities and challenges associated with deploying capital across jurisdictions. Topics will include investment structuring, regulatory considerations, risk management, sector preferences, and the growing influence of family offices as key allocators of capital.
Attendees will gain insights into how investors are navigating economic and geopolitical uncertainty, building long-term partnerships, and leveraging private markets to achieve diversification, preservation of wealth, and superior risk-adjusted returns. The discussion will also examine emerging trends shaping the next wave of cross-border investment between Latin America and the United States.
