Private Equity & AI: Shaping the Next Investment Frontier

CAIA Switzerland, SECA, and 100 Women in Finance are pleased to host a joint evening in Lugano at the UBS Auditorium, bringing together their communities to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping private equity across the investment lifecycle: from deal sourcing and due diligence to value creation and exit strategies.

As private equity evolves toward a digital-first model, AI is no longer a standalone innovation but a capability built on strong data, systems, and operating foundations. Firms that successfully integrate digital and AI into their value creation strategies are increasingly able to enhance performance and unlock differentiated outcomes.

Featuring investors, practitioners, and industry experts, the panel will examine how AI is influencing decision-making and operational capabilities, while addressing key challenges around execution, governance, and talent.

The session will offer a practical, investor-led perspective on how firms are moving from experimentation to scaled AI integration, and what this means for the future of capital allocation.
