Mr. Arciniegas is a Managing Director in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on U.S. direct lending as well as Ares' Sports, Media and Entertainment strategy. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Arciniegas was a Managing Director and Head of Sports, Media and Entertainment at 777 Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing equity and debt investments in the sector globally. Previously, Mr. Arciniegas was a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for providing investment banking services to private equity funds with a focus on leveraged buyouts and other capital raisings, including high yield, bank debt, mezzanine debt, and IPOs. He currently serves as a board member of the France SailGP Team. Mr. Arciniegas holds a B.S., cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in both Industrial & Management Engineering and Economics and an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Arijan Arslani is the Director of Portfolio Management at Calamos Wealth Management. With over eight years of experience in portfolio management, he brings extensive expertise in market research, due diligence, tactical asset allocation, and client communication.

At Calamos, Arijan works closely with the Chief Investment Officer and the Investment Committee to develop and manage investment portfolios designed to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns. He leads the due diligence process for investment managers, conducts performance attribution analyses, supports client-facing communication efforts, and oversees operational projects related to investment practices.

Prior to joining Calamos, Arijan served as Vice President Investment Portfolio Manager at Busey Wealth Management. As a voting member of the Investment Committee, he led thought leadership initiatives and made recommendations for individual equities and asset allocation. He was responsible for asset allocation research, equity analysis, and client-facing responsibilities. Arijan also conducted fund manager reviews and spearheaded a firm-wide investment prospecting analysis that significantly enhanced the firm’s client acquisition win rate. Arijan began his career at Busey Wealth Management as an equity trader, executing client trades annually across thousands of accounts, with a total AUM of $10 billion.

Arijan holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics (summa cum laude) from Illinois State University. He is a CFA® charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Arijan is an active member of the CFA Society of Chicago and serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois State University Educational Investment Fund.

Jack Cleverley serves as the Head of Business Development for Apollo Sports Capital, where he leads capital formation and product strategy for the firm’s dedicated sports investment platform globally.
Prior to assuming his current role, Jack was responsible for capital formation and strategic product initiatives across Apollo’s private credit platform, with a focus on the firm’s direct lending and credit secondaries strategies.

Before joining Apollo in 2021, Mr. Cleverley was an investor within the Private Market Investments team at UBS in both London and New York, where he focused on underwriting, sourcing and executing direct, secondary and commingled investments across a range of private markets strategies.
Jack serves as a guest lecturer for the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Business School in the United Kingdom, where he speaks to current and former professional footballers about investing, finance, and opportunities across the sports ecosystem.
Mr. Cleverley grew up in England, coming through the football pyramid, and played for AFC Bournemouth. Jack received both his Bachelor of Science and MBA from Fairfield University and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Loftus joined Apollo in 2022 in the Client & Product Services team as Principal, Institutional RIA Sales. Prior to that time, Mr. Loftus was a Director at Barings from January 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Loftus was a Director of Fixed Income at PT Asset Management from March 2015 to December 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Loftus was a Internal Sales Consultant for Invesco from December 2011 to March 2015. Mr. Loftus is a CAIA charterholder and graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a BA in Finance.
