Siobhán advises on all legal and regulatory issues relating to the establishment, structuring and ongoing regulation of investment funds and fund managers in Ireland. Siobhán has extensive experience advising a variety of fund structures and asset classes, including UCITS, QIAIFs, ICAVs, hedge funds, property and real estate funds, loan origination funds, money market funds, fund of funds and private equity funds, as well as advising on a number of cross-border and domestic fund merger transactions. Siobhán also advises investment managers, management companies, AIFMs and other fund service providers in relation to the establishment, authorisation and regulation of operations in Ireland.

Robert is a member of the real estate team. Prior to StepStone, Mr. Murphy was an assistant vice president at Partners Group, a private markets investment manager. Before that he was an executive in Ernst & Young’s real estate corporate finance team. Before Ernst & Young, Mr. Murphy worked as an investment analyst at the Irish National Pensions Reserve Fund. Mr. Murphy holds a master’s degree in finance from University College Dublin and is a CFA charterholder.
Harry O'Rourke

Harry O’Rourke is a Managing Director in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group. He is responsible for capital raising and client relationships in Europe, with a focus on the firm's global real asset strategies, including real estate and infrastructure. Before joining H.I.G., Harry was a Partner at Threadmark, a global fund placement agent, where he spent nearly nine years raising capital across real asset and credit funds. Prior to Threadmark, Harry’s experience includes treasury capital markets at Investec Bank, as well as roles with J.P. Morgan and Enterprise Ireland. Harry holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from the Michael Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin, and a Bachelor’s in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Harry is also a CAIA charterholder.

Ken is a Partner in the Asset and Wealth Management Regulatory Advisory Group at PwC Ireland, helping clients in the areas of Governance, Operational and Regulatory Risk, Outsourcing, and Regulatory Capital. He joined PwC in 1990 and has spent 23 years as a Partner. At PwC, he spearheads the delivery of regulatory advisory services to Asset and Wealth Management clients. Ken’s clients include global investment and wealth managers doing business in and/or from Ireland, involving UCITS management companies, AIFMs, MiFID Investment Firms, and UCITS and Alternative Funds. He is also involved with Irish Funds (IF), the representative body for firms in the funds industry in Ireland, in various roles over many years, including serving as Chair of the Counsel.
