Mitch Clemente

Organization: Pathway Capital Management
Mr. Clemente joined Pathway in 2018 and is a director based in New York City. He is co-head of Pathway’s secondaries team and a member of the firm’s Secondaries Investment Committee. He is involved in all aspects of Pathway’s secondaries investment program, including investment analysis and conducting due diligence, investment monitoring, performance analysis, client reporting, and client servicing. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Clemente was a vice president in Greenhill & Co.’s capital advisory group, where he focused on secondary transaction sourcing and execution. Prior to joining Greenhill, Mr. Clemente was a financial analyst with Houlihan Lokey, Inc. He received a BS in finance and international business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Cameron Rondo

Cameron is a Director on the Private Equity team with a focus on secondaries. He is involved in all phases of the investment research process including sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring.
Prior to Aksia’s acquisition of TorreyCove Capital Partners, Cameron was a Senior Associate, joining the firm in 2019. Prior to that, Cameron was a Senior Associate at Sweetwater Capital Partners, where he sourced, underwrote, and monitored secondary transactions and direct investments.
Cameron graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University in Hawaii with a BS in Business Management. He is a CFA charterholder.
Martin Wing

Mr. Wing joined Pathway in 2008 and is a senior vice president and head of consultant relations in the California office. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with consultants across North America, as well as for assisting with the firm’s business development and client servicing efforts. Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Wing was with the structured finance group at KPMG, where he focused on analyzing various collateralized debt obligations and mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Wing received a BA in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA, with honors, from the University of Southern California. Mr. Wing is a CAIA charterholder and is a chapter executive of the CAIA SoCal Chapter. Mr. Wing is also a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles.
