Felipe Freitas is Head of Investor Relations and a member of the Executive Operating Committee at Hedge Investments. A partner at the firm since 2016, he previously served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer.

Before joining Hedge, Mr. Freitas worked at J.P. Morgan in São Paulo, where he was part of the corporate strategy team reporting directly to Brazil’s Senior Country Manager and Latin America’s Chief Financial Officer. He began his career as a fixed income trader at Advis Investimentos.

Mr. Freitas holds a degree in Business Administration from the São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP/FGV) and is a CFA charterholder.

Fausto Menezes is a Research Analyst at Itaú BBA, Latin America’s largest corporate investment bank and part of the Itaú Unibanco group.  He focuses on Brazilian listed REITs, combining bottom‑up analysis with broader sector and market monitoring.

Prior to joining Itaú BBA, Fausto worked in real estate research covering Brazil’s listed real estate market across REITs and real estate equities. Fausto holds the CNPI credential (APIMEC Brasil) and studied at Insper (São Paulo).

David joined EPRA in 2016. He has a background in financial markets within financial institutions mainly as analyst for fixed income and corporate finance. CFA charterholder. He is Economist and Professional in Finance from Universidad del Rosario (Colombia) and holds a joint Master degree in Quantitative Economics and Financial Engineering from Université Paris I Pantheón-Sorbonne (France) and Universitá Ca’Foscari di Venezia (Italy).

João focuses on Brazillian Real Estate risk at Vero Capital, a DCM boutique. Before that, he gained experience analysing Real Estate investments across US, Europe and Brazil at Prada Assessoria. João is a CAIA Charterholder and a member of the ISMART Alumni community. He has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering at UERJ
