Asim is a Founding Partner of Eterna Capital. He has a background in Mathematics, Actuarial Science and is a CFA Charterholder. Asim was previously a member of BlackRock's Institutional Client Business working in a solution-orientated role. Prior to joining BlackRock, Asim was an investment advisor where he worked with institutional investors on their investment strategy. Asim has been involved in Web3 since early 2016 and is also co-founder of OpenBox AI.

Susana Esteban is a world-renowned expert in blockchain, digital assets, DeFi, NFTs, Web3 and the metaverse. Throughout her career, Ms. Esteban has provided advice in finance, retail, supply chain, healthcare, insurance and real estate sectors, amongst others. Ms. Esteban’s diverse, hands-on experience enables her to provide clients with strategic guidance in digital assets, underpinned by practical solutions that can be operationalised for enterprises. She helps clients pinpoint disruption in their industry, perform technical and operational assessments, develop tokenomic models and implement blockchain technology. She has experience in creating tokens and NFTs, defining utility and life-cycle models and leading the deployment and instruction of smart contracts. Susana regularly develops go-to-market strategies for the metaverse, including x-2-Earn models. Before joining FTI Technology, Ms. Esteban founded and led an independent advisory firm specialising in blockchain and digital assets in 2015. She is also a founding member of International Association of Trusted Blockchain Applications (INATBA) and the Oxford Blockchain Foundation. She is a globally recognised leader in her field who has shared her unique insights on numerous industry podcasts and spoken at more than 50 conferences. Ms. Esteban has held previous leadership roles in various industries across Germany, Spain, Italy and the U.K., and is fluent in English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.

Rashid spent nearly 25 years in global capital markets, mainly at Deutsche Bank, where he helped build their world-leading Foreign Exchange business, running both Derivatives Sales, Structuring globally, before becoming DB’s Global Head of Structuring and Product Innovation for FICC (Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies)

More recently, Rashid has immersed himself in blockchain technology and digital assets, with a particular interest in bridging the CeFi and DeFi worlds, especially the potential for RWA Tokenisation, Collateralised Smart Contract Lending and Stablecoins to transform Financial Markets Infrastructure.

Rashid has an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Shih-Chen Huang is Investor Relations lead at Orpheus Partners and serves as a CAIA London Chapter Executive.
At Orpheus Partners, she oversees the OPUS Invest business, where she focuses on deal sourcing, marketing strategy, and investor engagement. With over 15 years of experience in investment management across the UK and Asia, Shih-Chen brings a global perspective to building long-term investor relationships.
Before joining Orpheus Partners, she held distribution roles at Aberdeen, Allianz Global Investors, and Gartmore.
She is a CAIA Charterholder and holds an MBA from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Andrew is the Institutional Strategy Advisor for Dchained Capital, leveraging his 30+ years in financial services to advise on meeting institutional demand for Digital Assets.

Prior to this, he was the Global Chief Investment Officer at Fidelity International. His career also includes senior roles at Aberdeen Standard Investments and as a Managing Director at UBS, spanning over 30 years in investment, risk management, and client distribution.

Pedram Parhizkari is a CAIA London Chapter Executive. His career spans over several areas of finance and investments, including portfolio management for special situations, distressed assets, quant strategies, and private equity during his tenure at Clermont Group, a multi-billion-dollar private fund. Additionally, he has experience in investment banking, working for Financial Technology Partners where he advised fintech companies and banks on M&A transactions, capital raising, and IPOs. Parhizkari holds a BSc in Finance (summa cum laude) and was Valedictorian at Richmond American University in London. He also earned an MSc in Finance from Cranfield School of Management and is a CAIA and FDP charterholder. As a London Chapter Executive for CAIA, he plays an active role in organizing industry events and advocating for investment education and thought leadership.
