Andrew Beer is the co-Founder of DBi, a pioneer in the replication of hedge fund returns. DBi today manages $2.5 billion in ETFs, mutual funds and UCITS vehicles. Prior to founding DBi, Andrew was a co-Founder of Pinnacle Asset Management, a leading multi-manager commodity hedge fund, and Apex Capital, a relative value hedge fund. He began his hedge fund career as an early portfolio manager for Seth Klarman at the Baupost Group. Andrew received is MBA as Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School and his AB, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.

Kara O’Halloran is a Principal in Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA).
Before joining Blackstone, Ms. O’Halloran was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. O’Halloran was a Director of Investment Research at FS Investments.
Ms. O’Halloran received a B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University. She is a CFA Charterholder.
