Eddy Chan

Eddy Chan is a founding partner of “Indonesia-Only” independent venture capital firm Intudo Ventures. He is a founder and venture investor, with expertise in founding and operating companies, venture investing, business development/partnerships, capital raising, recruiting and deal structuring. Eddy has invested in and advised startups since the late 1990s, including PayPal, SpaceX, Palantir Technologies, Getaround, Branch International, Automatic, Netscreen Technologies, Fortinet, SEA Limited, Xendit, CoHive, Kargo, Artotel, Ride Jakarta, BeliMobilGue, Dana Cita, Nalagenetics, Oriente and EMQ, invested in venture funds including Founders Fund, founded and operated venture-backed technology companies with operations in Silicon Valley and Asia, practiced corporate/M&A/private equity/venture capital law in Silicon Valley and Asia at Morrison & Foerster LLP and represented companies as an investment banker. Eddy holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Global Law Scholar, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley's Walter A. Drew J. Guff is a Managing Director and Founding Partner of Siguler Guff. Together with George Siguler, he is responsible for directing the Firm's private equity investment strategy. As Chair of Siguler Guff’s Executive Committee, Mr. Guff leads strategic decision-making related to existing funds, new product initiatives, the Firm’s management and significant internal matters. He is a member of the Investment Committees for all of Siguler Guff’s multi-manager funds, direct investment funds and separate accounts. Mr. Guff has over 35 years of private equity experience. In addition to his oversight of the Firm, he leads Siguler Guff’s emerging markets investment strategy and the direct investment activities of Russia Partners, an affiliate of Siguler Guff that manages more than $1 billion of private equity investments. Together with George Siguler in 1995, he acquired the Private Equity Group of PaineWebber to form Siguler Guff. Prior to founding Siguler Guff, Mr. Guff worked in PaineWebber’s M&A and Merchant Banking Groups from 1985 to 1995, including four years as assistant to the President of PaineWebber. Mr. Guff is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on its Investment Advisory Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA), the U.S.-Russia Business Council and the 20-20 Investment Association, an investment group of pension and sovereign wealth funds dedicated to investment in the emerging markets. Mr. Guff is an International Council Member of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He sits on the board of directors for a number of portfolio companies and previously served on the board of directors of EPAM Systems, Inc. (NYSE: EPAM). Mr. Guff is the recipient of the Woodrow Wilson Award for corporate citizenship in recognition of his contributions to the advancement of U.S.-Russia relations. He is a key representative for the private equity industry and is a frequent speaker at global industry conferences and investment forums. For 30 years, Mr. Guff has been a trustee of the Phillips Academy Institute for the Recruitment of Teachers, a national program that prepares historically underserved and underrepresented U.S. college students for careers in teaching and academic administration. Mr. Guff holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.


Kristin Mott

Kristin Mott is a fifteen-year veteran in the alternatives space having served institutional investors across hedge fund, private equity, real asset, real estate, credit and hybrid investments. Kristin is Founder and Managing Partner of Amberlake Capital, an outsourced marketing and investor relations partner to emerging and established investment managers in real asset, infrastructure and credit strategies. Previously, she served as Managing Director of Marketing and Investor Relations for Seamax Capital Management and MC Asset Management Americas LTD a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. In prior roles, Kristin served as Head of Investor Relations for Arrowhawk Capital Partners and DKR Capital Partners, institutional multi-strategy alternative investment firms and President of the Mott Group, a strategic communications consultant to hedge funds. Kristin graduated from the University of Minnesota and is a frequent speaker at industry events. She was recognized with the “Excellence in Private Equity” Award from Markets Media. She is a leader of numerous industry organizations including 100 Women in Finance, where she is leads the Senior PE initiative and is a member of the Advisory Council. Kristin is a mother of two girls and an elected member of the town council (RTM) in Westport, CT.


Jaclyn Pizzo
Job Title: Executive Director, Portfolio Manager
Organization: JPMorgan Chase & Co.


Jaclyn Pizzo, Executive Director, Portfolio Manager, joined the Private Equity Group in 2013. Prior to joining the group, she was with J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, where she worked alongside the Chief Executive Officer focused on managing day-to-day business activities and development initiatives. Ms. Pizzo is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute. Ms. Pizzo holds a BS in Finance from Siena College, and has completed the FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certifications.


Timothy Walsh
Job Title: Managing Director
Organization: Owl Rock Capital Partners


Timothy Walsh is a Managing Director of Owl Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining Owl Rock in 2016, Mr. Walsh was President and Chief Operating Officer at Gaw Capital Partners U.S. from 2013 to 2015. Preceding Gaw, from 2010 through 2013, Mr. Walsh served as Chief Investment Officer for the $75 billion State of New Jersey Pension Fund, one of the largest internally managed public pension funds in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Mr. Walsh was the Chief Investment Officer of the $8 billion Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund. Mr. Walsh received a B.S. in Business Management from Merrimack College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
