Dr. Harrold van Barlingen, Ph.D., serves as the Managing Partner at Thuja Capital Management B.V. Dr. van Barlingen serves as Managing Director of Thuja Capital Healthcare Fund I and Thuja Capital Healthcare Seed Fund. He served as an Investment Manager at AlpInvest Partners B.V. and headed its life science effort managing a portfolio of over 30 companies.

Dick Sietses is founder and partner at Health Innovations. Health Innovations manages two venture capital funds with a focus on healthcare. The funds are funded by ABN AMRO, VGZ, Mediq,  Achmea and the Dutch Government. Typical investment cases are start-ups with a healthcare related product on the edge of market introduction.

Thijs Cohen Tervaert joined INKEF in September 2016. He is involved in deal origination, the assessment of investment cases and portfolio management. Prior to INKEF, Thijs was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group with a focus on health care and technology. He worked on projects for pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and insurers. During a one year secondment, Thijs helped to establish the Amsterdam Health and Technology Institute in 2014. Thijs is a medical doctor and graduated at Leiden University. He has also co-authored several scientific papers.

Marc van Voorst is the Deputy Director of NVP. The NVP is the private equity and venture capital association of the Netherlands and represents 90% of private equity and venture capital under management in the Netherlands.
