Robert Bennett-Lovsey

Robert is the Founder and Managing Director of Raffles Capital, an independent, privately-owned business and management consulting firm incorporated in Singapore. Raffles Capital provides business development, research and advisory services to the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on the investment management industry. Prior to founding Raffles Capital, Robert was responsible for the business development of an alternative investment manager in Southeast Asia. He was previously in charge of marketing the investment funds practice of a leading global professional services firm in the MENA region, and was based in Dubai. Robert started his career with BNP Paribas in Frankfurt (Germany) and Paris (France), before moving to Singapore in 2005 to help grow their asset management business. He holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and European Studies from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. Robert is a CAIA charter holder and Head of the CAIA Association's Singapore Chapter.
Tahnoon Pasha

Tahnoon Pasha is based in Spencer Stuart’s Singapore office and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice. With nearly three decades of experience in the investment management industry, Tahnoon specializes in financial services searches, working with a range of clients in the asset management, insurance and sovereign wealth sectors in Southeast Asia. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Tahnoon was the co-founder and the chief executive officer of Cynopsis Solutions, providing statutory, regulatory and management reporting solutions to insurers, asset managers, financial advisers, banks and securities companies. Previously, Tahnoon served Aviva Investors as the CEO of the Singapore office as well as the CEO for its Equity and Fixed Income businesses across Asia Pacific. His key achievements in Aviva Investors include overseeing asset under management of several billions of dollar in Asian mandates, setting up strategic offices in Asia in particular, hubbing key businesses in Singapore and developing successful growth strategies which involved building high performing investment teams in the region. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. He is a chartered financial analyst and has been a member of the CFA Institute since 1995.
Will Tan
Organization: Principle Partners Pte Ltd
Will Tan leads the asset management and hedge fund practice and is active in Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. His clients range from startups and boutique funds to some of the largest investment managers in the world. Prior to executive search, he spent over a decade in sell-side roles including equity research and equity research supervisory in Asia and North America. Will started his career with Salomon Smith Barney after graduating from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics (Magna Cum Laude). A Singaporean, Will is a fan of FC Barcelona and the LA Lakers. He plays pick-up basketball regularly.
