Maylix is a long life learning Economic and Financial Analyst Expert with a demonstrated track record managing data to build forecasting models and produce reports that remarkably improve organizational decision making capabilities resulting in increased effectiveness. She is a professional with an exceptional academic background, trilingual and highly motivated and committed team player who always accomplishes more than expected by re-structuring processes and meeting challenges with enthusiasm and hard work.

Charlotte spent 9 years in M&A at BNP Paribas, based in London and Paris, in the valuation team and the Oil&Gas and Mining team. In 2008, participated in the launch of Antin Infrastructure Partners. Involved in fund raising, origination and execution of transactions in several sectors (energy, telecom, transport) as well as asset management (Supervisory Board Member of Compagnie Industrielle Maritime and FPS Towers). In 2015, developed M&A Advisory for family owned businesses and small-mid cap companies as well as selection of Private Placement opportunities for a private bank. Since 2019, active in the selection of Infrastructure investments (direct and indirect) for the Private Markets Group of UBP, heading the Infrastructure offering. Originating, executing and managing several direct/co-investments in infra (transport/mobility, energy, environmental services, digital infra). Launched the Transition Infrastructure Fund, a closed-ended article 8 Fund, focusing on investments in funds and co-investments to support the transitions in energy, environment, mobility and digital.

Leigh is a Principal on the Real Assets team located in the London office, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and monitoring primary, co-investment, and secondary transactions across. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2021, Leigh was at Russell Investments where he covered Real Assets in EMEA. Throughout his career, Leigh has focused on real assets in investment management, M&A and buyside/acquisition roles. Leigh received an MSc in Finance from the Cranfield School of Management in the UK and a BSc in International Economics from the University of New Hampshire. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst charterholder.

Jorge Ruiz del Vizo is Senior Partner at Mencey Capital Management SA, a regulated Swiss financial firm, and he is the CEO of Black Tree Associates SA and Black Tree Energy Group Sàrl, where he leads global initiatives in infrastructure, energy, and real estate development.
