Jorge Canta es experto en el asesoramiento en activos de inversión alternativa  (private equity).

Participa en la creación y asesoramiento a sociedades gestoras de entidades de inversión colectiva y en la constitución de fondos privados, tanto en ámbito de private equity, deuda, venture capital, infraestructura e inmobiliario.

Paz Irazusta provides tax advice to Spanish and international companies in the financial sector, particularly management companies and alternative investment vehicles (private equity), collective investment institutions, real estate investment funds, family offices and credit firms. She advises private banks on institutional matters and on implementing projects, products and structures. In recent years, she has advised on many business acquisitions involving venture capital.

She is also an expert in planning and advising on the asset restructuring of investment vehicles (e.g., mergers), and in structuring and designing Spanish and international remuneration schemes (carried interest) for investment vehicle managers.

She is a member of the Invest Europe's Tax Committee and of the Madrid Bar Association.

She lectures in the Master on Tax Consultancy at Universidad de Navarra, and regularly speaks at conferences and symposiums on financial taxation and private banking.
