Benjamin Chadwick
Job Title: Partner
Organization: Selinus Capital Advisors GmbH
Benjamin heads the Manager and Product Selection department of Selinus Capital, the largest placement agent focused on the distribution of alternative investments to institutional investors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
Prior to joining Selinus, he worked as Investment Specialist in Deutsche Bank’s Key Client Partners division, providing large single family offices access to alternative investments and broader investment banking services.
Benjamin holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance & Investment from Durham University Business School, UK, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration & Banking from DHBW Karlsruhe, Germany.
He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) Charterholder, a CAIA Germany Chapter Executive and has completed the Stanford Online Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies (EIET) professional course.
Arisla is a seasoned alternative investment executive with extensive experience in implementing investment and portfolio allocation strategies in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
She is currently founding an independent advisory for Latin American investors in European, American and global funds and companies.
From 2021 to 2023, she led the Private Equity & Private Debt team at HQ Trust GmbH, Germany's leading multi-family office, where she developed and implemented new strategies for institutional investors.
Prior to that, Arisla spent eight years as a Senior Investment Manager for Private Equity and Private Debt at MEAG Munich ERGO, the asset management division of Munich Re Group.
From 2005 to 2012, she worked as an Investment Manager at von Braun & Schreiber Private Equity Partners in Munich.
Stefan Lehotkay
Job Title: Director
Organization: Nordwind Growth
Stefan currently invests in software companies in DACH with Nordwind Growth, one of few dedicated technology growth funds in Germany where he is responsible for deal origination and fundraising. He also works with Opera Investment Partners, a FoF dedicated to backing Emerging Managers in Europe as an Advisor and IC member.
Prior to joining Nordwind, Stefan established the Munich office for Monterro, a Nordic SW investor. From 2010 to 2020 he worked with Clearsight Investments, backing Emerging Managers across Europe which he had joined from Almeida Capital, a London-based placement boutique. He started his PE career at von Braun & Schreiber in Munich in 2001.
Holger Rossbach
Job Title: Partner & Co-Head of Private Equity
Organization: Palladio Partners
Holger has long-standing experience in the asset management industry. Prior to Palladio Partners, he led the European Private Equity and Venture Capital team at one of the leading global asset management firm’s London office before opening their German presence. During his time in the Munich office, he focused on advising and conducting investments on behalf of large institutional clients in infrastructure, private equity, venture capital and private debt. Prior to that, he worked at one of the leading institutional private equity fund of funds manager in Germany.
Holger Rossbach holds an MBA and an M.A. Chinese Sciences (Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich).
Alex Schwab
Job Title: Investment Professional
Organization: Partners Group
Alex Schwab is part of the PG Private Equity Goods & Products team, based in Zug. He is a Board Observer of Velvet Care, the leading hygiene paper manufacturer in CEE.
Prior to joining Partners Group, Alex worked at Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) where he focused on Private Equity investments across the Business Services, Technology and Healthcare sectors. Alex started his career 2016 in the Mergers & Acquisitions team of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
He holds a Master in Finance from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
