Jayne Bok is the Head of Investments, Asia, based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for leading WTW’s Investments business strategy, client delivery and business development across Asia. Jayne leads a diverse regional team to help clients meet their goals and achieve better outcomes through a flexible range of delivery models – from providing proprietary tools, offering advisory services, through to assisting clients with implementation via delegated solutions. She has more than 23 years of industry and leadership experience. Prior to her current role, she was Head of Sovereign Advisory, covering government funds, SWFs, central banks and other state-owned investment entities across Asia. Before moving to Hong Kong in 2013, Jayne spent nine years in Korea where she successfully built the local investment consultancy. Jayne started her career at WTW in Korea as a Talent consultant in the Work & Rewards segment before she transferred to the Hong Kong Investments’ practice in 2004.
 

Frank Straeter, CAIA is a senior global investment professional with more than 25 years of experience across Asset Management, Alternative Credit, Structured Finance, Real Estate, Securitization, and Financial Engineering. Throughout his international career, spanning London, Paris, Shanghai, Amsterdam, and The Hague, he has operated at the intersection of investment strategy, financial innovation, capital formation, and commercial development.
Frank brings a distinctive combination of investment expertise, structuring capabilities, and commercial acumen, with a proven track record in developing and executing sophisticated investment and financing solutions. His experience encompasses complex transaction structuring, portfolio acquisitions and valuation, product and investment strategy development, institutional capital raising, and the cultivation of long-term relationships with investors and strategic partners across Dutch and international markets.
For the past nine years, Frank was Senior Portfolio Manager in the Alternative Credit business of Goldman Sachs Asset Management in The Hague, where he played a senior role in managing and developing mortgage loan investment strategies. His responsibilities included institutional capital sourcing for three mortgage loan funds, the acquisition and valuation of mortgage loan portfolios, and the integration of ESG considerations into investment and portfolio management processes.
Frank combines deep financial and technical expertise with a strong commercial perspective and an international network, enabling him to translate complex investment opportunities into scalable strategies and compelling solutions for (institutional) investors.
 

Roger Urwin has twenty-five years of experience as an asset consultant and two years as an asset manager. He has spent over two decades leading investment businesses. His career is distinguished by several thought leadership innovations, including three global firsts: the origination of the first target date defined contribution (DC) funds in 1988, the development of the risk budget framework in 1999, and the introduction of the governance budget framework for assessing asset owner organizational effectiveness in 2007.
