Ian Anderson
Organization: KKR


Ian Anderson joined KKR in 2014 and is a Managing Director in the Credit business.

He serves as a portfolio manager for the firm’s private credit funds and portfolios and as a member of the European Private Credit Investment Committee.

Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Anderson was a vice president at Lazard in the corporate finance department, advising a diverse range of European and global corporate clients on M&A transactions and restructurings.

Previously, Mr. Anderson worked at Key Capital, an Irish boutique capital markets and asset management firm.

Mr. Anderson holds a first class degree in Engineering from Dublin University, Trinity College and is a CFA Charterholder.


Deborah Eggler
Organization: iCapital


Deborah Eggler, Caia is a Vice President and part of the Client Solutions team EMEA. She is focusing on building partnerships with Wealth Managers across EMEA, with a focus on the DACH and Middle Eastern regions. Prior to joining the firm, Deborah has been part of StepStone’s Private Debt Business Development team for the Swiss market. Prior to joining StepStone, she was with Lombard Odier Private Banking on the Strategic Business Development team. Before that, she was a client associate for Private Markets investments at Neuberger Berman (Switzerland) GmbH and Credit Suisse AG. Deborah holds a Master in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen and she is a CAIA charter holder.


Lukas Erard
Organization: UBS


Lukas Erard is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Wealth Management division, based in Zurich. He is the Head of Client Services and Distribution for Alternative Investments within the Global Alternative investments Solutions team. In his role he oversees a global sales unit with product specialists in Zurich, Hong Kong & Singapore. He has recently been nominated to move to UBS and take over the responsibility for the hedge fund & real assets product specialists' team. Lukas joined Credit Suisse in 2007 and held various roles within Asset Management and the Private Bank. From 2016 until 2023 he has been instrumental in the buildup and expansion of the Private Equity franchise. Prior to this, he was Head of Alternative Investments, preceded by roles in business development and client advisory for Credit Suisse Hedge Funds products in Switzerland/Germany and as COO of the Private Banking Alternative Investments Group. Lukas holds a degree (summa cum laude) in business administration and finance from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and has studied at the ITESM in Monterrey (Mexico).


Déborah Shire
Organization: AXA IM


Deborah is the Deputy Head of AXA IM Alts, AXA IM’s €186bn alternative business unit, which employs over 980 people located in 17 offices, serving the needs of more than 640 clients globally. She has been in this role since 2020, in charge of alternative credit and impact private equity. In 2025, she expanded her responsibilities to lead the Client Group functions of AXA IM Alts, which include the Sales, Sales Support, as well as Marketing and Communications.

Since 2014 Deborah had the responsibility of the alternative credit, impact and private equity businesses She joined the Management Board of CAPZA, a leading European Private Debt and Private Equity firm, in 2019, where she successfully guided the partnership through various stages until the full acquisition was completed in 2024.

Between 2011 to 2014, Deborah served as a Global Head of Business Development within the Real Assets team at AXA IM, in this role she was responsible for Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Marketing & Communication and Business Development. Deborah was also a member of the Management Board of AXA IM – Real Assets and was instrumental in the creation of the CRE debt platform, now firmly established as a global leader in its field today.

In 2000, Deborah founded the Alternative Credit platform, growing it from a €3.5bn business to one of the largest managers of alternative credit assets in Europe today. In her role, Deborah led the development and launch of a performing and diversified product range including leveraged loans, ABS, CLOs, ILS, Mortgages, Regulatory Capital and Impact investment.

Deborah joined AXA in 1996 and held various positions both in the AXA Group Corporate Finance, in charge of AXA Group M&A and Treasury and AXA IM Quantitative Management departments before moving to AXA IM Structured Finance in 2000.


Moritz Zander
Organization: New Reinsurance Company Ltd.


Moritz Zander, CFA is Head of Investments at New Reinsurance Company ltd. Former experience includes Head of Origination, Capital Partners at New Re, VP, Capital Solutions EMEA and Senior Credit Underwriter at Swiss Re, and Economist at MIGA, World Bank Group. He holds a Masters degree in International Policy Studies from Stanford University and a licence degree (Bachelor of Arts) from the University of Geneva.
