Alex Pappas is a Relationship Manager for the Two Sigma Venn platform, where he works closely with institutional clients. Alex previously worked at Goldman Sachs, where he served as an associate in the Alternative Investments & Manager Selection group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. In this role, he provided alternative investment solutions to high net worth individuals and institutional clients through customized and flagship hedge fund-of-funds. He also collaborated with senior portfolio managers to analyze prospects’ existing investments and construct, implement, and actively manage hedge fund portfolios. Previously at GSAM, Alex was an analyst working on a sales team covering public and corporate pension plans, endowments, and foundations based on the west and east coasts. Alex also developed and enhanced existing client relationships to ensure all client needs were met. Alex holds a B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University.
