Jayne Bok is the Head of Investments, Asia, based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for leading WTW’s Investments business strategy, client delivery and business development across Asia. Jayne leads a diverse regional team to help clients meet their goals and achieve better outcomes through a flexible range of delivery models – from providing proprietary tools, offering advisory services, through to assisting clients with implementation via delegated solutions. She has more than 23 years of industry and leadership experience. Prior to her current role, she was Head of Sovereign Advisory, covering government funds, SWFs, central banks and other state-owned investment entities across Asia. Before moving to Hong Kong in 2013, Jayne spent nine years in Korea where she successfully built the local investment consultancy. Jayne started her career at WTW in Korea as a Talent consultant in the Work & Rewards segment before she transferred to the Hong Kong Investments’ practice in 2004.
Jayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yonsei University in Korea. She also holds Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations.
Elizabeth Burton
Organization: Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP
Elizabeth Burton is the Managing Director and Client Investment Strategist, Goldman Sachs. Previously Elizabeth was Chief Investment Officer of the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (“HIERS”), where she oversaw $19 billion in pension fund assets. Ms. Burton is also on the Board of Directors of the Chartered Alternative Investment Association (CAIA). Prior to joining HIERS, Ms. Burton served as Managing Director of the Quantitative Strategies Group at the Maryland State Retirement Agency. In this role, Ms. Burton was responsible for the $4.5B Absolute Return Portfolio and for risk management oversight of the $55B Plan. Ms. Burton joined the Agency in July 2016. Previously, Ms. Burton owned William Street Advisory—a strategic advisory practice which she founded in 2013. Prior to that role, Ms. Burton was a Senior Economist and Expert Witness with Criterion Economics. Prior to that role, Ms. Burton was a Consultant at First Annapolis where she worked on M&A transactions and consulting the payments industry. Previous positions include: Co-Portfolio and Quantitative Risk Analyst with a South Africa-based fund of hedge funds, Trader (fixed income securities) for a risk management firm, and Portfolio Management Associate with a quant-focused fund of hedge funds. Ms. Burton received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, and her MBA in Finance, Econometrics & Statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is on the board of a private residential real estate investment trust and a Trustee of The Hill School, a private boarding school. She is also a CAIA charter holder. Ms. Burton was named one of Chief Investment Officer Magazine’s Top-40-Under-40 in June 2017. In 2019 Ms. Burton received the Industry Innovation Award for <$20B plan by Chief Investment Officer Magazine and was listed in the Power 100 in 2019. William Ma

Mr. William Ma, CAIA, CFA with over 18 years of industry experience, is the Chief Investment Officer of Noah Holdings (NOAH:NYSE) and the Chief Investment Officer of Gopher Asset Management, the asset management arm of Noah. Gopher is the largest multi-asset multi-strategy asset management company in China with USD23 billion AUM and 220 professionals. As CIO of Noah and Gopher, he is responsible for overseeing all investment management, asset allocation and investment products due diligence of combined USD80 billion of asset. He also actively manages the discretionary mandates and China domestic public market funds, and won the prestige Golden Bull Award - Best Domestic Fund of Hedge Funds in China in 2018, Best overseas discretionary China mandates in 2019, as well as numerous awards from InvestHedge, HFM and AsianInvestor.
Mr. Ma has been the Foreign Expert QDLP Review Committee Member for the Shanghai Municipal Government Financial Service Department since 2012, the judge panel of Eurekahedge Asian Hedge Fund Awards since 2016, the APAC Committee Board Member of SBAI (Standard Board of Alternative Investment) since 2019, and Board Member of CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) Association since 2020.
Before joining Noah in 2015, Mr. Ma was the CIO of Gottex Penjing Asset Management (GPAM), the Asia asset management arm of Gottex Fund Management, a Swiss-listed alternative investment management firm with peak AUM of USD22 billion. At GPAM, Mr. Ma managed a team of 20 investment professionals in Asia, and was the lead portfolio manager of all of Gottex’s Asian fund of hedge funds. Prior to joining GPAM in 2012, Mr. Ma was co-founder and Portfolio Manager of Penjing Asset Management managing the industry’s first Asian funds of hedge funds since 2005. Before co-founding Penjing, he worked at Vision Investment Management (Asia) Ltd specializing in Asian hedge funds due diligence. Elena Manola-Bonthond

Elena Manola-Bonthond, PhD, MBA, CAIA, is Chief Investment Officer of the Pension Fund of CERN. She is responsible for investment of over CHF 4 billion in assets across public and private markets using a risk driven investment approach. Prior to joining the CERN Pension Fund in 2011, Elena worked in CERN's engineering sector where she was responsible for safety and risk management systems of the Large Hardon Collider (LHC). Elena started her career as a research physicist at CERN, specializing in Higgs research and in neutrino physics.
Elena is a member of the Pension Fund Committee of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) and also serves on the Investment Committee of UNESCO as an external member. Elena is a Trustee of the Standards Board for Alternative Investments.
Elena earned a PhD in Particle Physics from the University of Savoie, France, for a research conducted at CERN. Elena holds a MBA from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and a dipl.ing. degree in physics from the University of Zagreb, Croatia.
Valerie Sill
Organization: DuPont Capital Management
Valerie J. Sill, CFA, CAIA, is Chair of the CAIA Board of Directors, president and CEO of DuPont Capital Management (DCM) and serves as DCM's chief investment officer. She is responsible for overseeing the investment of more than $25 billion in assets held by DuPont Company plans and external clients. DCM manages assets across nine different asset classes using a value-based investment approach that combines valuation and risk control disciplines designed to produce risk-efficient excess returns that satisfy its clients’ investment objectives. Prior to joining DCM in April 2004, Ms. Sill was executive vice president at The Boston Company. There she chaired the Equity Policy Group and was the director of Large Cap Value strategies. She was a dual officer with Dreyfus, also a Mellon company, where she managed the Dreyfus Premier Core Value mutual funds. In addition to her work at The Boston Company and Dreyfus, Ms. Sill formed and chaired Mellon’s Research Forum to foster collaboration among investment professionals from each of Mellon’s investment management subsidiaries. Ms. Sill started her career in asset management with State Street Research & Management Company as a Health Care and Utilities analyst and later joined Investment Advisors in Minneapolis as a senior analyst. Ms. Sill is a member of the board of trustees of Longwood Gardens and chairs its Investment Committee. She is a member of the Delaware Community Foundation’s Investment Committee. Ms. Sill is a trustee of the Christiana Care Health System and a member of its Investment Committee. Ms. Sill served a three-year term on the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Economic Advisory Council. Ms. Sill was awarded a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, in Economics and Philosophy from Wellesley College. She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was a Durant Scholar. She holds an MBA from Harvard University and obtained the CFA Charter and CAIA designation.
