Todd Centurino
Organization: Memorial Hermann Health System


Mr. Centurino is a Senior Director of Investments and Head of Private Markets for the Memorial Hermann Health System, a Houston based hospital system with over $4.5b in assets. In the is role, he is active in all investment office matters but is especially focused on managing and overseeing the build-out of the systems Private Market allocation. Previously, Todd was the CIO at New Capital Management, a Houston based Registered Investment Advisor and the Director of Outsourced CIO Solutions at Salient Partners. He also worked at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas where he was a Senior Investment Manager responsible for their hedge fund allocation. Mr. Centurino is a CFA Charterholder and has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and an MBA from Rice University.


Nick Dhesi

Jon Fife


Partner with EY's tax practice in Houston. Primary focus is working with EY's Energy Fund Center of Excellence (COE) and with OFS companies. EY's COE is a dedicated, specialty practice focused on the unique needs of energy funds and their energy investees, including upstream, midstream and downstream and OFS portfolios. COE professionals have deep experience serving energy funds and the O&G industry throughout the business life-cycle, spanning a wide array of service delivery capabilities, including transaction advisory, tax, audit, valuation, financial accounting and business operations advisory. Headquartered in Houston, TX, the COE’s holistic enterprise-wide approach has proven to deliver measurable value to both fund leaders and their management teams. Started out in EY's business tax advisory services group in Las Vegas. Served clients in various industries including hospitality, gaming, public utilities, manufacturing, retail and more. Jennifer Gottschalk
Organization: EIV Capital


Jennifer Gottschalk joined EIV Capital in 2009 and currently serves as a partner and member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Her engineering background and operational experience is a complement to the financial expertise within the firm. She evaluates opportunities, stewards the deals she leads, and assists across the portfolio with technical and operational expertise. Prior to joining EIV Capital, Jennifer was an investor, owner and executive in several successful entrepreneurial energy companies involving the natural gas, crude oil and refined products sectors of the energy industry, including leading a portfolio investment in the first EIV Capital fund. Her early career was with Accenture culminating as an associate partner, where she consulted energy companies in the upstream, midstream, downstream and petrochemical sectors, domestically and internationally. Jennifer enjoys working with other entrepreneurs to help them realize their vision. Jennifer earned her B.S. in mechanical engineering and B.A. in the Plan II liberal arts honors program at the University of Texas. In her time away from the office, Jennifer devotes time to family, non-profit service and travel.


Dan Pickering
Organization: Pickering Energy Partners


Dan Pickering is the Chief Investment Officer of Pickering Energy Partners (PEP). PEP manages client assets via energy strategies focused primarily on public markets and private equity. Prior to PEP, Mr. Pickering served as the President of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and Chief Investment Officer of TPH Investment Management. Dan has spent 26 years as an energy portfolio manager, researcher and analyst, first at Fidelity Investments (where he managed ~$1 billion of energy sector funds), then as Head of Research at Simmons & Company and as the founding partner of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Dan currently serves as the portfolio manager of the PEP Energy Equity Opportunities Fund and on the Investment Committee of PEP’s energy co-investment and private equity strategies. He also serves on the Advisory Board’s for Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co, the Energy ESG Council, the Houston CFA Society, as well as the Board of Trustees for Texas Children’s Hospital and the Texas Children’s Hospital Foundation. Dan grew up in Missouri, has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the Missouri School of Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago.


Mark Teshoian
Organization: Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors


Mark Teshoian is a managing partner and co-head of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors’ energy private equity strategies where he is responsible for investment origination, deal analysis/structuring, financial due diligence and transaction negotiation. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2008, Teshoian was a vice president in the energy investment banking group of Goldman Sachs. Teshoian began his career in the energy investment banking group of Credit Suisse. Teshoian has over twenty years of transactional experience in the oil and gas industry. Teshoian earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1999.
