Andrea Birolo has been managing the Corporate Venture Capital arm of Reale Group since 2018 with the objective to support the transformation path of the Group through investments and partnerships with innovative companies. To date, Reale Group's Corporate Venture Capital has invested in several start-ups in the areas of insurtech, fintech, digital health and mobility. Andrea Birolo has also been responsible for Group Digital Business for almost two years with the aim of bringing digital to scale in the various areas of the Group.

Enrico Cibati is Chief Investment Officer at Cassa Forense since 2006. He is responsible for implementing the investment strategies of Cassa Forense resolved by the competent corporate bodies and for submitting investment proposals to the investment committee and to the Board of Directors. He is a member of Cassa Forense's Investment Committee and is often designated as a member of the Advisory Boards and Advisor Committees of private market funds. He is often invited as one of the main speakers in various conventions and meetings reserved to institutional investors , with a special focus on topics especially those on first and second pillar pension. Prior to Cassa Forense, he was Head of Asset Management of the bank Banca Finnat .

Michele Costabile is a professor of Marketing at Luiss University. He is actively engaged in venture capital and tech transfer since 2004. At Luiss University he co-founded, together with Daniele Pelli, Luiss Alumni 4 Growth (LA4G).

Turi Munthe is Co-Head of Nextalia Ventures, a new Series A+ fund focused on the Italian ecosystem. Nextalia Ventures invests in the best Italian B2B startups seeking to expand internationally, and helps the best international startups enter the Italian market. Prior to Nextalia, Munthe was Venture Partner at North Base Media, the leading media-focused VC. He is also a serial entrepreneur, notably building Demotix into the largest network of photojournalists in the world before exiting to Bill Gates’ Corbis Corporation in 2012.

Alessandra Pasquoni is Head of Investment in ANIA, where she oversees the underlying investments of ANIA Infrastructure fund, being member of the Investment Committee and chairman of the advisory committee. Before joining ANIA, she worked as senior advisor at LVenture Group, the accelerator of Luiss EnLabs, supporting the implementation of venture capital investment initiatives. From 2012 to 2018, she was Country Head of investment consultancy at Willis Towers Watson, assisting Italian institutional clients in the field of asset allocation, risk management and manager selection, with a focus on alternative assets. Previously, she worked at CDC as Chief Investment Officer and at Pioneer Investment (now Amundi) in Dublin as asset allocator&ALM. Alessandra started her career in the actuarial team of Irish Life Insurance in Dublin. Graduated with honors in Economics from La Sapienza University, she holds an Executive MBA from Luiss Business School and a Master in Quantitative Finance from M. Smurtfit Business School in Dublin. She qualified as CAIA chartholder and she is CAIA Italy Charter Head since 2024.
