Jeremy Anagnos
Organization: CBRE Group, Inc.


Mr. Anagnos is the CIO - Infrastructure and a member of the CBRE Clarion Management and Global Investment Policy Committees. Prior to joining CBRE Clarion Securities in 2011, Mr. Anagnos served as Co-Chief Investment Officer of CB Richard Ellis Investors’ Securities Team responsible for portfolio management of global real estate securities separate accounts and funds. Mr. Anagnos was a founder of the securities group at CBRE and assisted in raising over $3 billion in assets as well as overseeing the global 28 member investment and operations team. During his career, Mr. Anagnos has worked in various management and research positions in the real estate industry with LaSalle Investment Management in Baltimore/Amsterdam and Deutsche Bank in London. Mr. Anagnos has over 23 years of real estate investment management experience. Mr. Anagnos earned a Bachelor of Science from Boston College with a degree in Finance. Mr. Anagnos is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation


Jeetu Balchandani
Organization: BlackRock


Jeetu Balchandani, Managing Director, is the Head of the North American Infrastructure Debt team at BlackRock. Mr. Balchandani is responsible for leading the North American platform, fostering key bank and sponsor relationships and origination, structuring and execution of our infrastructure debt products in North America.Prior to joining BlackRock in 2014, Mr. Balchandani was the Head of Infrastructure Equity and Lease/Tax Equity Investments at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife). Mr. Balchandani led the growth of investments in the group from $1.2 billion in 2006 to $5.5 billion in 2014. Previously, he was a VicePresident in project finance and energy at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. At CSFB, Mr. Balchandani advised on and raised debt and equity capital for project finance and energy transactions in developed and emerging markets. Mr. Balchandani earned a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 1989.


Jan Mende
Organization: Callan, LLC


Jan Mende is a Senior Vice President in Callan's Real Assets Consulting group. She is responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and performance oversight of plan sponsor clients' real assets portfolios. Her role includes the evaluation of managers and their respective real estate products for plan sponsor clients. This due diligence process includes meeting and coordinating with investment managers regarding various strategies, investment processes, track records and organizational structures. Jan focuses on infrastructure and Asian real estate research. Prior to joining Callan in 2017, she was head of client relations at Capital Dynamics, a global private assets manager. She also held investment management roles at that firm in London, Switzerland, and New York where she was a portfolio manager for a real estate fund of funds and advised clients on global infrastructure portfolio construction and commitment planning. Jan earned an M.B.A. with a major in real estate and a Master of International Studies with a major in East Asian Studies and Japanese language from the Wharton School & The Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a B.A. from the College of William & Mary


Isela Rosales
Organization: Bridge Investment Group Partners


Isela Rosales, CAIA, serves as a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at Bridge Investment Group. Prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Rosales worked at Brevan Howard in Investor Relations, managing corporate and public pension, endowment, foundation, private wealth, and investment consultant relationships. Previously, she was Head of Client Services for Lyxor Asset Management, Inc. and Director of Marketing & Investor Relations for Coast Asset Management in their New York offices, cultivating institutional level client relationships for each multi-billion dollar firm’s hedge fund and multi-manager products. She began her career at Cambridge Associates, serving on consultant teams for the firm’s endowment, foundation, and family office clients, covering traditional and hedge fund asset classes. Ms. Rosales received her dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Spanish from Stanford University, graduating with honors distinctions. She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a member of 100 Women in Finance. Ms. Rosales is fluent in Spanish and competes in Ironman and marathon competitions in her spare time.
