Alex Cohen

Mr. Alexander Cohen is Co-Founder and a Managing Director of the General Partner and Investment Manager. Prior to founding the General Partner and Investment Manager, Mr. Cohen worked in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities in New York. In his role at Wells Fargo Securities, Mr. Cohen sat on the Strategic Initiative and Leadership Committee as well as completed over $10+ Billion of transactions. Previously, Mr. Cohen was an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Alternative Investments Group focusing on the creation, structuring, onboarding and support of Private Equity funds for the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group (PBIG) and U.S. Trust platforms. Mr. Cohen received a B.A. in Economics as well as a B.A. in Environmental Studies from New York University and is a CFA Level II candidate.


Luis Quintero

Mr. Luis Quintero is Co-Founder and a Managing Director of the General Partner and the Investment Manager. Prior to founding the General Partner and Investment Manager, Mr. Quintero worked in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities in New York. In his role at Wells Fargo Securities, Mr. Quintero completed over $10+ Billion of transactions as well as sat on the Strategic Initiative and Leadership Committee. Previously, Mr. Quintero received an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where he focused on the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning on quantitative financial investing. Prior to attending Yale, Mr. Quintero worked for the Volatility and Exotics (VolEx) trading desk at Goldman Sachs in New York. Mr. Quintero received a B.S. in Engineering in Operations Research and Financial Engineering (ORFE) from Princeton University.
