Alexandre Kech, Business Head Digital Securities at SIX Digital Exchange 
 
Alexandre Kech is Head Digital Securities at the SIX Digital Exchange. Alex has full executive responsibility for the Digital Securities business vertical, including: sales and relationship management, product development, business design and ecosystem expansion.
Over the past 25 years, Alex has constructed a unique career combining finance at BNY Mellon, payments/securities infrastructure and standards at SWIFT, and blockchain and digital assets at Onchain Custodian (ONC) and most recently Citi Ventures. As co-founder and CEO of ONC, Alex led the Singapore and Shanghai-based team that built from scratch a custody and prime brokerage service for crypto and other digital assets. As Blockchain & Digital Asset director at Citi Ventures, he built a team to engage across the European ecosystem on emerging use cases for blockchain technologies and digital assets.
 
Valerie Nöel, Head of Trading at SYZ Group
 
Valérie manages the trading desk (all asset classes ) at Banque Syz. She brings a deep understanding of the international finance sector. She has gained great experience in asset management as the Head Trader for SYZ Asset Management. Her other achievements include managing multiple IT migrations and digitalization for the group. She’s leading the Crypto Project as Banque SYZ to allow Wealth Clients to be able to trade Cryptocurrencies. She is back at Banque Syz, heading the trading desk from short term and instructive experience as Head of Market in digital institution. 
 
Yves Longchamp, Managing Director at SEBA Bank
 
Yves Longchamp is Managing Director, Head Research and Communication at SEBA Bank. His professional career has taken him from the Swiss National Bank to the world of crypto-currencies via major banks and asset managers. Market finance, investment strategy and macroeconomics are the research topics that mark out his career. Before joining SEBA Bank, Yves worked a Chief Economist and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Ethenea Independent Investor, FX strategist at Pictet & Cie, and UBS and Senior Economist at the Swiss National Bank

Christine Ravioli, CAIA, Synaptic Partners and Colb. Finance

Christine Ravioli has 20 years experience in financial markets and global multi-assets investments including Digital Assets. Christine currently works for a DLT start-up in the tokenization space. Before joining Synaptic Partners to cover crypto Hedge Funds, Christine was Managing Director at UBP Hong Kong, heading the Portfolio Management team. Prior to that she was a director and senior Portfolio Manager at Synergy in Hong Kong, overseeing Hedge fund investments globally with a focus on emerging managers. She started her career in Geneva at Pictet & Cie in 2001 where she was a senior PM in the Alternative Investment team for 13 years, running both bespoke hedge fund portfolios and FoHFs. Christine has an EMBA from Tepper school (CMU) and a Master in economics from HEC Lausanne (UNIL). She is a CAIA Charterholder.
