Modeling Returns on Investment Calculations and Analysis
The return calculation is key in the investment evaluation and decision-making process. Calculations are of course different in every sector, from renewables and real estate to mining and infrastructure. However, the calculation principles often remain the same.
In this session we will explore different ways to calculate and interpret returns and mistakes to avoid.
A useful Excel Shortcut sheet and presentation will be sent to all participants after the session.

Pedro is a Manager at Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance in Toronto. He has 9 years of experience in financial modelling, financial model audit, transaction advisory and support and financial modelling training. Pedro’s key expertise lies in renewable energy and infrastructure sector, where he has worked on a wide range of projects across the world. His previous experience includes two and a half years at Sigrun Partners, where he was involved in the analysis and valuation of companies and single assets and provided advisory and consultancy services to Spanish and international clients.

Anna is a Director based in Mazar's Toronto office with our Energy & Infrastructure team. She leads the Infrastructure Finance service line in the Americas with a particular focus on transaction support and advisory services, renewable energy, and supporting Canadian investors pursuing energy and infrastructure assets in Canada and globally.
