Sarah Butcher
Organization: Fiera Capital


Sarah Butcher is Head of Private Markets Distribution within the Canadian Institutional Distribution team. She is responsible for generating new business opportunities amongst Canadian institutional investors for Fiera Capital’s private market strategies. Sarah also has a leadership role in supporting Fiera Capital’s global growth across its private markets business.


Connor McFarland
Organization: PIMCO


Mr. McFarland is a product strategist in PIMCO’s Newport Beach office, focused on alternative and private credit strategies. He has contributed to fund construction, messaging development, investor education, and client engagement across several products. Today, he covers multi-strategy and sector-specific alternative funds spanning a range of client profiles and vehicle structures. He is a lead strategist for PIMCO’s asset-based finance strategies, which target a range of residential, consumer, non-consumer and esoteric asset types. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance with a minor in computer science from Pepperdine University. He is a CFA charterholder.
