Description: Join CAIA Members and Candidates and the CFA Society Washington D.C. for an open discussion of current topics in the real estate asset class. We will discuss the outlook for the U.S. real estate market cycle, including macro conditions, interest rates, construction, and operating fundamentals.
Participants are encouraged to share hard-copy materials likely to be of interest to others including research reports, market commentaries, or descriptions of investment products.
