Dice Imaeda / 今枝大輔 Principal, Investor Relations プリンシパル。インベスター・リレーションズを担当。 Daisuke Imaeda's responsibility is coordinating and conducting the firm's investor relations activities for both existing and new fund raising aspects across international and domestic client base. Prior to joining J-STAR, Mr. Imaeda worked at AMP Capital Investors KK and today's UBS Asset Management (Japan) Ltd. for 29 years taking care of various global asset management product solicitation ranging from traditional to alternative investment themes including hedge funds, private equity and infrastructure investments, to institutional investors. Mr. Imaeda received a Master of Business Administration degree from Aoyama Gakuin University, and Bachelor of Law degree from Sophia University. He holds CFA, CMA, CAIA and FRM designations. Hidekazu Ishida / 石田英和 Chief Advisor, System2 Co., Ltd. システム２株式会社　年金ガバナンスアドバイザー In 1990, he graduated from University of Tokyo and joined Osaka Gas Co., Ltd.. After finishing MBA at Stanford in 1995, he returned there to work on various corporate finance initiatives, which included pension liability accounting and investment deregulation. He was appointed investment officer for Osaka Gas Corporate Pension Fund to implement US endowment-style portfolio strategy, which produced 4.3% per annum for the 15 years ending March 2015. After taking an early retirement in 2016, He founded System2 to give strategic advice to asset owners. He held a visiting researcher position at Research Institute of Capital Formation of Development Bank of Japan (2016-2019) and a special researcher position at Financial Research Center of FSA. In 2020, He earned a PhD in management science from Kyoto University Graduate School of Management. 1990年東京大学法学部卒。大阪ガス株式会社入社、1995年スタンフォード大学ビジネススクール卒業。帰社後財務部にて資金管理、インベスターリレーションズ、退職給付会計、年金運用規制緩和対応などを経験。 2000年以降は大阪ガス企業年金（規約型）のインベストメント・オフィサーとなり、欧米の先進的な基金に倣った本格的運用に取り組み、2015年までの15年間で年率4.3%の実績を上げた。2016年同社退社、システム２株式会社を設立。 2016-2019年日本政策投資銀行設備投資研究所にて客員主任研究員。2019-2020年金融庁金融研究センター特別研究員。2020年京都大学経営管理大学院後期博士課程修了　博士（経営科学 )

Nami Matsuko / 松古樹美 General Manager, Sustainability Office, Omron Corporation オムロン株式会社　サステナビリティ推進室　エンゲージメント推進部長 Following a number of years at Nomura Research Institute, Nami Matsuko worked in advisory and policy related to governance and organizational restructuring for Japanese corporations at Nomura Securities. After leading CSR activities and ESG communications at Nomura Holdings, she moved to Omron in 2016, where she is responsible for the promotion of sustainability and engagement with stakeholders. Hiroko Ozawa/小澤ひろこ Chief Consultant, Research & Advisory Division, Japan Shareholder Services 日本シェアホルダーサービス株式会社　研究開発／コンサルティング部　チーフコンサルタント Human Capital Reporting Working Group Leader, People Analytics & HR Technology Association ピープルアナリティクス＆HRテクノロジー協会　人的資本経営×人的資本報告書ワーキンググループリーダー Early in her career, Ms Ozawa worked on valuation projects in the Corporate Finance team at Arthur Andersen. Upon joining EY in 2004, she advised a wide variety of sectors on CSR, compliance, risk management and corporate disclosure, integrated reporting in particular. She was seconded to the IIRC from May 2012 to September 2018. She was responsible for launching the IIRC Japan Network in 2013, comprising corporations, institutional investors, experts and market participants, and led the promotion of integrated reporting in Japan. At IIRC Japan Network, she acted as secretariat on public comments to the consultation draft of the IIRC Framework, liaised on the publication of “Key issues on Integrated Reporting implementation in Japan”, and was responsible for planning and holding workshops on integrated reporting. She has been responsible at her current firm for consulting on shareholder/investor relations, with a focus on information disclosure, since October 2018. Since October 2020, she has also been a researcher at People Analytics & HR Technology Association, where she set up and leads a Working Group on Human Capital Reporting, based on ISO30414 Human Capital Reporting.
