Melissa Norris

Melissa is proud to be a founding partner of Jamesbeck. She was formerly a principal at Highland Search Group, which was acquired by TMP Worldwide. Prior to that, Melissa spent four years as an executive in the Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets group of ING Barings in London, where she cultivated relationships with the top 100 U.K. corporations. She began her career as a financial analyst in Kidder, Peabody & Co.’s Investment Banking Analyst program in New York. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University.


Megan Staczek
Organization: Jamesbeck


Megan joined Jamesbeck as a Leadership Coach in 2018, bringing 24 years of executive coaching and consulting experience to C-level executives and senior managers. She also leads a coaching and consulting firm, Capacity Group, focused on helping leaders and teams grow and transform to meet new business challenges. Megan was formerly the head of Organization Development at Allfirst Bank which was acquired by M&T bank. In that role, Megan led a team of consultants who partnered with business leaders to drive and execute organizational change. Prior to that, Megan spent years heading up leadership and management development at a DC Bank. Her career began as a management trainee for First American Bank in Washington DC. Megan earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a certificate in Business from University of Maryland. She also has her MS in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University.
