Description:
CAIA The Netherlands is delighted to invite you to this webinar focusing on Natural Capital Investing.

Senior industry professionals will provide an introduction to the asset class and share their views on the latest market trends including insightful case studies.

Economic growth without respect for nature is simply unsustainable and bound to yield short-term results with potentially disastrous consequences for the planet. Investors, especially in alternative asset classes, are gradually embracing climate change and natural capital preservation as important elements in their portfolio allocation, underwriting scope and ESG policies.
Natural Capital as an asset class is gaining significant momentum amongst investors since it is perceived as a meaningful impact investment allocation with tangible results and vast growth potential.
However, pricing nature as an investable asset and quantifying expected future return might be challenging for investors because it requires a slightly different mindset compared to traditional investments. Deeper understanding and closer co-operation amongst investors, investment managers and financiers are key to accelerate growth and maximize impact.
