VINAY CHAUHAN , Partner Corporate Law Chambers India , Advocates Vinay has several years of experience in securities litigation involving Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT). He regularly appears before SEBI and SAT in defending regulatory and disciplinary action by SEBI, and in various other corporate disputes before the National Company Law Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. He was part of SEBI’s Legal team and was actively associated with several committees set up by SEBI. Vinay has had considerable exposure to securities market operation and securities market regulation and has advised various corporates on contracting transactional matters including public offerings, private placements, and corporate restructuring.


Shreekant Daga

Shreekant is a CAIA, CFA and FRM charter holder. Shreekant pursued Bachelor’s in Management from Narsee Monjee College and later did his Master’s in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). He also holds a Master’s in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is an alumnus of BSE Training Institute. He has also acquired several certificates from the NSE. Shreekant has more than 5 years of experience in Structured Finance. His experience encompasses investment banking, handling recovery in stressed assets, ABS deal and rating evaluation, stressed assets and mutual fund rating. In mid-2018, he joined the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association, India liaison office as Associate Director, Business Development. Shreekant has been a visiting faculty at JBIMS and is also involved in mentoring and evaluating year-long projects for Mumbai University. He is a contributor to academic research and has 4 research papers presented and published at international forums and journals respectively.


Archit Lohia

Archit is a Chapter Executive of the CAIA Association India Chapter and a Member of Expert Group formed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), for screening startups for their startup accelerator. He likes to write books and articles on the Alternative Investments industry and is a regular speaker at national and international forums. He loves playing cricket every Sunday as a stress-buster, apart from listening to music and travelling.
