Jenna Castello

Jenna Castello, Vice President, is a member of HR Talent Acquisition and specifically the BlackRock Executive Search Team where she is responsible for executive and strategic hiring across the firm. Prior to her current role she led recruiting for the ETF and Index Investments business. Before joining BlackRock in 2014, Jenna spent nine years with the asset manager, Capital Group, in southern California as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Ms. Castello earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior with a Business Management minor from the University of California, Irvine.

For over a dozen years, Ina has placed C-level and operational management, alternative asset, portfolio management, and family office professionals across a diversity of growth sectors including private equity, asset management, financial technology and analytics. Ina has successfully partnered with global firms to strategically build teams of top-performing talent to excel in a competitive marketplace. For more than 15 years prior to entering executive search, Ina held leadership roles in corporate finance and asset management for EF Hutton/Shearson Lehman and Bank of America. She subsequently moved to senior operating roles with technology firms, including founding COO/CFO with Pixion, an early provider of web-conferencing solutions. Ina’s rich experience enables her to leverage a deep financial markets knowledge and network within a rapidly changing and demanding industry.
Gloria Mirrione

Ms. Mirrione has successfully completed complex mid level and senior level searches within many areas and functions across Financial Services, including Asset and Wealth Management, Private Capital, Investment & Commercial Banking, Financial Technology and Payments,
The team’s track record includes assignments for global financial institutions across multiple functions including Finance leaders, Investment professionals, Commercial Bankers, technology, Credit and Risk officers, and Marketing professionals.
Ms. Mirrione brings more than 20 years of experience in professional services working for a global New York-based boutique executive search firm focused broadly within Financial Services at all levels. Working with global investment banks, traditional and alternative asset managers, as well as boutique investment firms.
Prior to Korn Ferry Futurestep Ms. Mirrione worked for Pfizer in New York City on the North America Talent Acquisition Group’s internal Executive Search team. Managing searches for a variety corporate functions, including Marketing, Finance, Legal and Corporate Development at the Director through senior executive level.
Ms. Mirrione received her BBA in Marketing, Minor in Industrial Psychology from Baruch College (CUNY).
Scott Nance
Organization: ImpactAssets
Scott is responsible for overseeing business development activities at ImpactAssets. Previously he was a Principal at ARK Global, a provider of institutional sales and marketing consulting services for leading alternative investment managers. Over his 25+ year career, he has also led and managed sales and distribution efforts for several financial and asset management organizations, including Equinox Fund Management, Robeco, Bank of America and Welton Investment Partners. Scott currently serves as Head of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA) San Francisco chapter. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Bay Area Financial Education Foundation (BAFEF), and he volunteers with the San Francisco Police Department's Auxiliary Law Enforcement Response Team (ALERT). Scott holds a BS in Entrepreneurship from The University of Arizona, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in Finance for the Eller MBA program at The University of Arizona.
