Bruce Bond

Bruce Bond is co-founder and CEO of Innovator Capital Management. Having cofounded Power Shares Capital Management in 2003, he is recognized as one of the pioneers of the ETF industry. In addition to being recognized for best-in- class products, Bruce has been named the ETF industry’s most influential person on multiple occasions. He is a thought leader and has been quoted in financial publications around the globe.


Joseph Cusick
Organization: Calamos Investments


Joseph Cusick is Vice President, Portfolio Specialist, Portfolio Management at Calamos Investments. As a portfolio specialist, Joseph focuses on our hedged equity strategy. He is responsible for communicating our investment process, positioning, and risk attribution to clients, consultants, and other stakeholders and investors in the approach. He contributes more than 25 years of industry experience. Before joining Calamos in 2019, Joseph served as the Director of Institutional Education and Business Development for The Options Industry Council (OIC). Previously, he was Vice President of Wealth and Asset Management at MoneyBlock, as well as Senior Vice President of Education for OptionsXpress. Joseph started his career as a Market Maker at the CBOT/Cboe. He received a B.A. in Communications and English from Marquette University and holds Series 4, 7, 63, 66 licenses.


Matt Moran
Organization: Cboe


Matt Moran is Head of Global Benchmark Indexes Advancement at Cboe Global Markets, where he works on many of the exchange's educational efforts for pension funds, mutual funds, RIAS, and other institutional investors. Previously, he was trust counsel at Harris Bank and vice president at Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He is an associate editor of The Journal of Index Investing. Mr. Moran holds JD and MBA degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.


Ted Samulowitz
Organization: Invesco Capital Management


Ted Samulowitz is a vice president and portfolio manager of the S&P 500 Downside Hedged Portfolio with Invesco. Prior to joining Invesco in 2012, Ted traded volatility arbitrage and special situation portfolios for hedge fund CMT Asset Management. Ted started his career as a member of the Chicago Board of Trade, where he worked as a volatility arbitrage trader in US Treasury bonds and notes. He then became a member of the Eurex Exchange, where he was a market maker in German equity options. Upon his return from Europe, Ted worked as a quantitative trader for Ritchie Capital Management, a Chicago-based hedge fund. Ted holds a BS in agricultural economics degree from Purdue University.
