Jainendra Shandilya, CFA, CAIA is currently teaching at the National Institute of Securities Market. He specializes in Quantitative Techniques, Economics, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Portfolio Management. Previously, he worked with Indian Securities and Commodities Market Regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India. During his stint in SEBI, he worked in various departments including Enquiry and Adjudication Department, Special Enforcement Cell, Investigation Department, Communication Department, Office of the Central Public Information Officer. He has published various articles that have been carried out by various newspapers, magazines and journal in India. He has represented SEBI before the Central Information Commission, the highest body for ensuring compliance under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Jainendra has a natural flair for teaching, and, he has been a guest speaker at various national and international seminars on matters related to Finance and Capital Market. He had also been a visiting faculty at various colleges in Mumbai and also at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Training Institute, Mumbai. He is a CFA charter holder, member of the CFA Institute, USA, a CAIA charter holder and is active volunteer with the local CFA society in Mumbai and also with the CAIA India chapter. He is a first class post graduate in Economics from CCS University, Meerut, India.

Manan has worked at Deutsche Bank for over 14 years. He is an experienced Derivatives Sales Trader for Equity, Index & Currency Derivatives, having strong working relationships with Institutional Investors in addition to skills such as trade execution, relationship building, client engagement and bespoke analysis using Bloomberg and MS Excel. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Master's Degree in Finance and the CAIA Charter. Besides work, Manan likes high altitude mountain trekking, having completed the Sar Pass trek (Shivalik Range) and Roopkund trek (Gangotri Range, Nanda Devi ecosystem) in the Himalayas.
