Elizabeth Burton
Job Title: Chief Investment Strategist

Mrs. Burton is Chief Strategist based in New York.

Prior to joining Fortress in March 2026, Mrs. Burton worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as Client Investment Strategist in the Client Solutions Group where she advised institutional clients on their investment strategy and portfolio objectives, across public and private markets. Mrs. Burton joined Goldman Sachs in 2022 as a managing director. Prior to that role, Mrs. Burton was Chief Investment Officer at the Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii. Before that, she served as a managing director in the Quantitative Strategies Group at the Maryland State Retirement Agency, where she was responsible for the agency's absolute return portfolio and oversaw risk management. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Burton held positions as an investor, economist, and consultant in asset management as well as fixed income trading.

Mrs. Burton serves on the Board of Directors of the Chartered Alternative Investment Association (CAIA). In addition, she serves on the board of the Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Burton was named one of Chief Investment Officer Magazine’s Top-40-Under-40 in June 2017. In 2019 Ms. Burton received the Industry Innovation Award for <$20B plan by Chief Investment Officer Magazine and was listed in The Power 100 in 2019. In 2020 she was added to the list of All-Star Chief Investment Officers by The Trusted Insight. In 2021 She was named Advocate of the Year at the Allocators’ Choice Awards. In 2023 she was recognized as one of the Top Ten Most Influential Advisors by Chief Investment Officer Magazine. She frequently makes appearances on CNBC, Fox Business and Bloomberg News to address the state of the markets. 

Mrs. Burton earned a BA in Politics and French from Washington and Lee University in 2004 and an MBA in Finance and Econometrics and Statistics from the University of Chicago in 2011. She is a charter holder of CAIA.


Kim Lew

Organization: Columbia Investment Management Company


Kim Y. Lew is CEO of Columbia Investment Management Company, which manages the endowment of Columbia University in the city of New York. Previously, she was the CIO of Carnegie Corporation of New York, the private grant making foundation founded by Andrew Carnegie in 1911, which she joined from the Ford Foundation. Lew started her career in the middle market banking group of Chemical Bank and, following business school, joined Prudential Capital Group.

Lew graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in economics and from the Harvard Graduate School of Business with an MBA. She is a CFA charterholder and has served as both a standard setter and grader.

Lew serves on the boards of Ariel Investment Management Mutual Funds and Girls Who Invest. She serves on the investment committees of the ACLU, the National Gallery of Arts, and Wesleyan University.


Reed Rayman

Reed Rayman is a partner and member of the Apollo Leadership Team. He is the deputy global head of Apollo’s Hybrid business, the firm’s solutions-oriented strategy that encompasses the Hybrid Value Funds, Opportunistic Credit vehicles, and Apollo Aligned Alternatives (“AAA”). He is also a partner in the firm’s Private Equity business, which he joined in 2010. Since joining Apollo, Reed has led numerous investments across technology, media, and services sectors, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Yahoo! and sits on the board of directors of ADT, Shutterfly and Soho House. He previously sat on the boards of Western Digital, Coinstar, and EcoATM, amongst others, and was involved in Apollo’s $11 billion investment in Intel and the firm’s April 2020 COVID-period financings for Expedia and Cimpress.

Prior to Apollo, Reed was a member of the Principal Strategies Group at Goldman Sachs, and previously was a member of the Industrials Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs.

Reed graduated from Harvard University with an AB in Economics. He is a board member of New Visions for Public Schools, a Trustee at New York’s Horace Mann School, and the Vice Chair of the Private Equity Executive Council of the UJA Federation of New York. He lives in New York with his wife and three children.


Taylor Robinson

Taylor Robinson is a Partner of Lexington Partners and an Investment Committee member or Portfolio Manager of various funds. He is focused on the origination and execution of secondary deals, as well as capital formation, product strategy, transaction allocation, and syndication. Taylor is also a member of Lexington’s ESG Steering Committee.


Taylor joined Lexington as an associate in 2008 from J.P. Morgan, where he was an analyst in investment banking. He graduated from Trinity College with a BA in Economics and Public Policy & Law.
