Cutler Cook
Organization: PAAMCO


Cutler Cook, CFA, CAIA, CQF is the Portfolio Manager of PAAMCO’s ESG Stewardship product – which focuses on realizing alpha through identifying values-driven Stewardship, using an innovative natural-language-processing based approach to company analysis. He also oversees PAAMCO’s long-short equity strategies in Europe and various institutional client relationships. He is frequently quoted in trade publications and the financial press, including the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and Bloomberg.


Laina Draeger
Organization: Los Angeles Capital Management


As a portfolio manager and Chair of the Responsible Investment Solutions Group, Ms. Draeger oversees Los Angeles Capital’s ESG activities from a research and product development standpoint and also keeps abreast of the changing political and economic landscape with regard to Responsible Investing. She works closely with clients to understand their RI goals and plays a leading role in ensuring that the Firm adheres to its duties as a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investing. She works closely with CIO and Research Directors to develop and manage the firm’s ESG research initiatives.


Daniel Ingram
Organization: Wilshire Associates


Daniel helps institutional asset owners protect and enhance long-term capital by integrating Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) risks and opportunities into investment decisions. Daniel provides holistic ESG investment advice by facilitating educational workshops, designing policies and guidelines, sourcing best in class investment strategies and conducting portfolio analysis to measure impact outcomes. He is the Chair of Wilshire’s ESG Committee and a member of the firm’s Research Group. Prior to joining Wilshire in 2017, Mr. Ingram worked in-house as the Head of the Responsible Investment for the BT Pension Scheme, the UK’s largest corporate defined benefit plan.


Stephanie Luedke
Organization: Citi Investment Management


Stephanie oversees a global team dedicated to providing discretionary investment management solutions across asset classes to private clients worldwide. She brings 20 years of experience in asset management and building investment strategies for clients. Previously, Stephanie was executive vice president of investment management at Fiduciary Trust Company International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton. She oversaw all aspects of investment management, investment administration, performance evaluation and risk management.


Caitlin MacLean
Organization: Milken Institute


Caitlin MacLean is senior director of innovative finance at the Milken Institute. She oversees the research, development, execution and follow-up of our Financial Innovations Labs, which promote financial solutions to overcome economic and social challenges. During MacLean's tenure at the Institute, the Labs have resulted in concrete outcomes, including the creation of new investment funds to support biomedical research and the implementation of government policies to facilitate the growth of the renewable energy sector.


Scott Nance
Organization: ImpactAssets, Inc.


Scott Nance is responsible for overseeing business development activities at ImpactAssets, an independent 501(c)3 organization dedicated to connecting impact investors and philanthropists to investment opportunities that address the world’s toughest challenges. Previously Scott was a Principal at ARK Global, a provider of institutional sales and marketing consulting services for leading alternative investment managers. Scott is an Adjunct Lecturer in Finance for the Eller MBA program at The University of Arizona and has previously served as the San Francisco Chapter Head for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA).


Eileen Neill
Organization: Verus Investments


For more than twenty years, Ms. Neill has provided a broad range of consulting services to a variety of institutional plan sponsors with respect to the successful development and implementation of their investment programs, including risk management, strategic asset allocation, manager structure analysis, investment policy development, manager selection, and the ongoing education of their fiduciaries. Ms. Neill has served as a guest speaker at industry conferences on a wide range of investment topics, such as emerging manager programs, credit strategies, currency management, investment strategy implementation, performance-based fees, portable alpha, and many others.


Paul Sanford
Organization: TriLinc Global


As Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of TriLinc’s Investment Committee, Paul has responsibility for planning, implementing and managing all investment management related activities of the Company and its affiliates. His extensive experience in the banking and investment industry includes portfolio manager positions at Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and Morton Capital Management. For over a decade Paul has been a global macro investor with a focus on central bank policy, GDP growth trends, global interest rates, global currencies and foreign government policies with an emphasis in emerging markets.


Jesse Simmons

Jesse Simmons is a Senior Investment Analyst at Align Impact. He focuses on due diligence of investment opportunities in private markets, including funds, direct deals, and alternative structures. Jesse also manages the development of landscape analyses of investment opportunities across a range of social and environmental sectors, as well as the graduate intern and student consulting programs.


Ben Webster

Ben heads sales, distribution and operations for the company. He has 18+ years of experience in the financial services industry across various areas including asset management, advisory, capital markets, hedge funds, private equity, and more. The last five years has been focused on all facets of sustainable and responsible investing, with a focus on ESG data and integration of ESG data into portfolios. He holds a Bachelors in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Bonnie M. Wongtrakool is Global Head of ESG Investments and has been with Western Asset since 2003. Formerly, Ms. Wongtrakool was an Associate at Mercer Management Consulting, Lehman Brothers, Dewey Ballantine LLP and Orion Partners, LP. She was also an Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp. Ms. Wongtrakool graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and graduated cum laude with a JD from Harvard Law School. She also holds the CFA designation.
