CAIA Dallas Deep Dives Series

Credit Secondaries with Ares Management

With a large, stable and growing primary private credit market, it is only natural to see a percentage of LPs and GPs seek liquidity as part of their ordinary portfolio management function through credit secondaries. In this nascent market, what are some of the key drivers behind the growth in deal flow? How is the asset class supporting the strategic objectives of both LPs and GPs? How are transactions priced and structured, and what is the value proposition of adding credit secondaries to a portfolio?

Join us to hear Luca Salvato and Chrissy Svejnar answer these questions and more.
