Byron Dailey

He runs the monthly PropTech Seattle Open House event, and is the Seattle Regional Chair for FIBREE.org, the Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise. His career spans technology, finance, and real estate in both Asia and America. He is a member of the Cascadia Blockchain Council and testified to the Washington State House Committee on Innovation and Technology on behalf of the first blockchain bill.


Sean Hsieh

Sean Hsieh is CEO & Founder at Concreit, a commercial real estate micro-investing application for everyday investors. Concreit is working on reshaping the experience of investing into commercial real estate by making it social & changing its behaviors of liquidity & payouts. The company leverages asset tokenization & distributed ledger tech in its approach to fund & asset management for scale and truth in accounting. Sean is a lifelong technologist, serial entrepreneur and angel investor. Prior to Concreit, he co-founded and sold Flowroute, a bootstrapped company in Seattle, serving as the first virtual carrier nationwide carrier with a focus on API-driven & programatic communications. Sean had the privilege of starting many functional disciplines at Flowroute from marketing, sales, customer success and product & ultimately overseeing engineering before its Sale. He believes that at the core of every great product is an unforgettable experience that creates stories.


Alvaro Jimenez

After a career in Private Equity Real Estate, Finance at Microsoft, and VC startups at New Alchemy, Alvaro Jimenez founded Gaudium Capital and most recently co-founded Yunati. Gaudium Capital is an international boutique firm specializing in capital, business development, and smart digital securities. We aim to help startup companies all around the world deliver the future. Gaudium Capital currently has operations in North America, Asia Pacific, and Western Europe.


Tim Leung
Organization: University of Washington


Tim S.T. Leung Ph.D., is a Professor in Applied Math and the Director of the Computational Finance & Risk Management (CFRM) program at University of Washington - Seattle. Before joining UW, he was a professor at Johns Hopkins University and Columbia University, after obtaining his PhD from Princeton University. He has published dozens of journal articles in Quantitative Finance, and written two books on, respectively, Optimal Mean Reversion Trading and Leveraged ETFs. He has taught graduate courses in quantitative finance, including Monte Carlo simulation, data analytics, options & derivatives, fixed income, fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency. He is the Chair of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences (INFORMS) Finance Section.


Erwin Park
Organization: Madison Bay Commercial


Erwin Started his commercial real estate career in 2007 concentrating on sales and leasing transactions in core Seattle area markets. Previously he was in the aquarium management industry. His commercial real estate clients have ranged from local firms, trust-and-estates, public entities, to national/international publicly traded institutional companies. While in commercial real estate he was previously with a publicly traded national firm as well as a local boutique office allowing him to experience the operational environment in different sized companies. Currently he owns Madison Bay Commercial, a commercial real estate advisory and transactional firm based in Seattle, WA. Erwin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Washington and is involved in multiple non-profit and community organizations including Community for Youth, Urban Artworks, NAIOP, and Urban Land Institute.
