Description: Join CAIA Boston for an Educational Event on November 29th: The Art and Science of Real Estate: Liquidity, Return, and Risk
CAIA Boston invites you to a complimentary educational and networking event in Boston on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.
Ever wonder how the real estate asset class fits into institutional portfolios?
How much is art? How much is science? Equity-like characteristics? Bond-like characteristics? How transparent are the risks relative to the expected returns?
Come join us for a unique and engaging evening to learn more about liquidity, return, and risk considerations for institutional real estate.
Dr. Keith Black, PhD, CAIA, CFA will moderate a diverse group of seasoned panelists to better understand how different real estate strategies are constructed around macroeconomic, market, property type, financing, and cycle considerations.
We will also gain a better understanding of how this asset class views quantitative attribution of return and risk relative to unique private real estate indexes.
This event is complimentary. As there is a limited capacity for the event we ask that you please register as early as possible to reserve your spot.
