Brian Griggs

Brian has over a decade of experience as a cross-asset investment strategist focused on both public and private markets. As head of Nuveen’s Portfolio Strategy Group, he leads a team of investment specialists that develop and deliver custom analytics, thought leadership and portfolio construction views to investment advisors and their clients. Prior to joining Nuveen, Brian worked at State Street Global Advisors as an investment strategist, representing the firm’s target-date capabilities to defined contribution plan clients. Prior to that, he worked at Voya Investment Management as a client portfolio manager covering multi-asset and option-based income strategies. He began his career at Bloomberg LP as a portfolio risk, factor investing & derivatives specialist. Brian graduated with a B.S. from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst®, CMT and FRM designations.

Winston Ma is an investor, attorney, author, and adjunct professor at NYU with extensive experience in international finance and investment management. Ashley MacNeill joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022. Ms. MacNeill works across the organization to run the firm’s Equity Capital Markets strategy, including managing all portfolio company equity financing activities. Ms. MacNeill is also the Co-President of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle. She also worked on Vista IPOs for Datto (formerly NYSE: MSP) and IAS (NASDAQ: IAS), as well as the original IPOs for Vista companies KnowBe4 (formerly NASDAQ: KNBE), Mindbody and Smartsheet (formerly NYSE: SMAR).
Prior to joining Vista, Ms. MacNeill spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley, where she most recently served as Co-Head of Technology Equity Capital Markets for the Americas and Managing Director. Before Morgan Stanley, she was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in Canada. During her almost 20 years in capital markets and investment banking, Ms. MacNeill has led various teams and IPOs for some of the largest public technology companies, including Uber, Snapchat, Shopify, Warner Music and Datadog.

Edwin Sze

Edwin Sze is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Director of Investments at United Capital Financial Advisors. His responsibilities include investment solutions for clients, investment platform design, portfolio construction, due diligence, trading and execution, and strategy maintenance and oversight. He also sits as a founding member of United Capital’s Investment Policy Committee. Previously, Edwin was the Head of Investment & Platform Strategy within the Portfolio Management Group for Workplace & Personal Wealth at Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management. In this role, Edwin was charged with building an investment platform that represents the best of Goldman Sachs for clients within the mass affluent and high-net-worth space. Prior to this, Edwin held a number of other roles at Goldman Sachs offices spanning New York, Singapore and Hong Kong, which included Portfolio Manager, Financial Investment Professional and Financial Analyst. Edwin graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business with a dual concentration in finance and management & organizations. Edwin is an avid moviegoer as well as a former competitor in ballroom and Latin dance, and he enjoys attending on- and off-Broadway musicals and trying new restaurants.
