James Andrews

Providing CRE and business valuation services throughout the Caribbean region, James Andrews is currently the Senior Managing Director of the Caribbean office of Integra Realty Resources (IRR). James holds credentials in both real estate appraisal and business valuation, has been actively engaged in valuation and consulting for more than 28 years; with the last 18 in the Caribbean. Real Property Valuation Services: IRR Caribbean regularly performs valuation and consulting assignments of commercial real estate and going concern properties such as hotels, marinas, golf courses, quarry/mining operations, retail businesses, service businesses, restaurants and healthcare. James heads up a robust hotel/resort specialty practice throughout the Caribbean. He has performed a variety of consulting assignments including market and feasibility studies to support the decision making of entrepreneurs and resort developers. Business Valuation Services: James is designated in BV from both the ASA and NACVA, and provides services regarding operating companies, holding companies, limited partnerships, etc. Services include valuation, purchase price allocation, litigation support and consulting. He earned his MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute in 1992. James became an RICS member in 2005 and a fellow in 2008. Other designations he holds include the ASA in both business valuation and real property (American Society of Appraisers), the business valuation credential Certified Valuation Analyst (from NACVA), and the prestigious “CRE” credential from the Counselors of Real Estate. Countries which James has experience include the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Anguilla, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Barth, Sint Maarten, Antigua, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, St. Lucia, Barbados, Guyana, Curacao, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
