Andrea Millioni is a Managing Director at SwanCap Investment Management. SwanCap is an independent Investment Management platform specialised in the Private Equity buyout segment; it has about €3bn AUM and offices in Munich, Luxembourg, Milan and New York. SwanCap was established in 2013 by the former UniCredit Private Equity unit, where Andrea worked since 2008 originating and executing direct investments and co-investments. Previously, Andrea spent three years as a Buy-side Analyst and Portfolio Manager at WestHarbour Capital, a London-based hedge fund targeting low-risk double digit returns through special situations, M&A and relative value strategies. Andrea began his career in finance at JPMorgan, where he was as a member of the M&A group from 1999 to 2005 and was directly involved in deals worth in excess of €50bn. Andrea graduated from Bocconi University in Milan, and later received a MSc degree from Rotterdam School of Management and a CEMS Master in Management.
