Richard Batty
Organization: Invesco Perpetual


Richard Batty joined Invesco Perpetual in March 2013 and serves as a Fund Manager for the Multi Asset team. Previously, Mr. Batty had worked at Standard Life Investments since 2003, where he was the global investment strategist for the Strategy team, which is now part of Standard Life’s Multi Asset Investing team. While there, he gained additional responsibilities for Global Tactical Asset Allocation in 2012. Prior to joining Standard Life Investments, he began his investment career at James Capel/HSBC as an equity strategist in 1995. During this part of his career, Mr. Batty became a highly rated, senior member of the company's industry-renowned Economics and Strategy group. In 1994, Mr. Batty was awarded a PhD in financial economics from Brunel University, where he was a part-time research assistant and taught both graduate and undergraduate students.


Mike Greenberg
Organization: Franklin Resources, Inc.


Michael Greenberg is a vice president, portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Solutions. He is a member of the FT Solutions Global Investment Committee and has co-portfolio management responsibilities for all Canada-based managed programs, including Franklin Quotential and Franklin LifeSmart. He also manages several private institutional mandates in North America and Asia. Mr. Greenberg joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 2006 and has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to that, he was responsible for business development, product development and research for an alternative investment boutique Tricycle Asset Management in Toronto. He began his career at Fidelity Investments based in Toronto working with group retirement plans. Mr. Greenberg holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Ottawa. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.


Jeff Klein
Organization: Federal Way Asset Management


Mr. Klein serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Federal Way and is responsible for management of the firm. Mr. Klein also is responsible for selecting and monitoring Federal Way's hedge fund portfolios. In addition, he assists clients in developing their asset allocation and long term strategy. He previously served in a similar role at Weyerhaeuser Asset Management LLC, conducting the selection and monitoring of managers and providing advice and recommendations on asset allocation and investment architecture. Mr. Klein has 26 years of investment experience, including eight years at Weyerhaeuser and prior experience at Watson Wyatt Investment Consulting in Canada and at Southern Life. He holds a B.Bus.Sci. with honors from the University of Cape Town in South Africa and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Actuaries, London, and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.


Jennifer Tkachuk-Tremblay Stasiewich
Organization: TD Securities


Jennifer joined TD Securities in 2015, primarily responsible for sales and business development for the firm's electronic/algorithmic trading group. As a VP, her mandate is to grow TD's electronic trading presence across Canada and the US, seeking new institutional clients and managing existing relationships. Prior to joining TDS, Jennifer led broker sales for ITG Canada's dark pool: TriAct MATCH Now, a competitor to the TSX. She also spent two years on the private equity team at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and she started her career as an Associate on Scotia Capital's mining focused equity research team. Jennifer is actively involved in leadership and community endeavors. Women in Capital Markets named her as one of Canada's 2016 Emerging Leaders. She was appointed Co-Chair of the Next Generation initiative for 100 Women in Hedge Funds. Jennifer is a mentor to students, a member of Leadership Sinai and a volunteer of TD's Underwriting Hope charity drive. She is also a member of Canada's Institutional Equity Traders Association, Women's Executive Network. Jennifer is a level II candidate for the CAIA Charter, and she is a graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business, with a major in Finance and minor in Business Economics & Law.
