CAIA Japan is delighted to invite you to join our educational workshop with experts from Japanese Private Equity Funds (PEFs). A paper titled “An Empirical Analysis of the Value Creation Mechanism of Private Equity Funds; Evidence from PE-Backed Companies in Japan” written by Mr. Iioka won the 2020 SAJ (Securities Analysts Journal in Japan) award. It can be said that the contribution of the Japanese PEFs to the corporate value creation became well recognized. We will discuss the result of this paper with PEFs’ practitioners and business administration scholar. We believe that the webinar will provide an insight for Japan PEFs’ corporate value creation activities.

CAIA Japanは、この度、日本におけるプライベート・エクイティ・ファンドの価値創造に関するウェビナーを開催します。2021年6月、T Capital Partners社飯岡靖武氏の執筆した論文「プライベートエクイティファンドの価値創造機能に関する実証分析」が2020年の証券アナリストジャーナル賞を受賞しました。日本のPEFの企業価値向上への貢献が示され、高く認識されたことは、日本の代替投資市場に明るい話題を提供してくれたと言えます。この研究成果を題材に、雄渾キャピタル・パートナーズ社、東京理科大学より、企業価値向上の実務家、経営学の学識者を交え、議論いたします。日本のPEFの企業価値向上活動に関して、今後の展望が見えるものと考えています。
