Mona El Isa - CEO & Founder at Avantgarde Finance Ltd
Mona El Isa is co-founder of Enzyme, one of the industry’s leading decentralised asset management protocols, and founder and CEO at Avantgarde Finance. She is also President of MAMA (Multichain Asset Managers Association) and was nominated Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum and Digital Shaper in Bilanz magazine.Mona is a former star-trader at Goldman Sachs, promoted to Vice President by the age of 26 and made the “Top 30 under 30” list in Trader Magazine in 2008 and Forbes Magazine in 2011 after profitably trading the 2008 and 2011 crashes. She moved to Geneva-based macro fund Jabre Capital in 2011, before deciding in 2014 that the future of finance lay in blockchain technology. She studied Economics & Statistics at University College London.
 
Peter Hubli - Head of Digital Asset Solutions at ZKB - ZürcherKantonalbank
Peter Hubli has been with ZürcherKantonalbank for 10 years and has been Head Digital Asset Solutions in the Institutionals & Multinationals business unit for three years.
Before that, he was Head of Market Operations in the mid/back office of ZKB's trading.
 
Gregory Mall, CFA - Head Investment Solutions SEBA Bank
Gregory Mall has many years of experience in portfolio management and managing digital assets on a discretionary basis. At SEBA Bank, he is responsible for the product structuring of ETPs, AMCs and structured products as well as for the management of discretionary mandates.
Prior to joining SEBA Bank, he worked as a multi-asset fund manager at Credit Suisse. Greg holds a master's degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is a CFA charterholder.
 
 
MODERATOR'S BIO
 
Gabriele Quargnali, CAIA - Investment Analyst at AQUIS Capital
Gabriele works as an Investment Analyst at AQUIS Capital in the team that manages two global multi-strategy Funds of Hedge Funds. In his role, he sources investment ideas across the hedge fund space and focuses on portfolio construction and due diligence. Prior to this experience, he worked as an ESG project analyst in a global bank based in Zurich and started his career in the Global Asset and Wealth Management Research Department at PwC Luxembourg. He is deeply passionate about the alternative investment industry with a keen interest for emerging asset classes.
Gabriele holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Lausanne and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Trieste.
