Chris Grizzard

Chris searches for new investments and moves them through our process. As Director and a member of Bayshore’s investment committee, he is responsible for investment research and due diligence, with a primary focus on private debt, private equity, and venture capital. Chris began his career in the Investment Banking division of Robert W. Baird & Co. He graduated from Florida State University with a dual degree in Accounting and Finance and earned his Master’s in Finance from the University of Florida.
Barry Miller

Mr. Miller is a Partner in the Ares Secondaries Group, where he focuses on private equity secondaries. He is also the Chief Executive Officer, President, Portfolio Manager and Trustee of the Ares Private Markets Fund. Additionally, Mr. Miller serves as a member of the Ares Secondaries Group's Private Equity and Infrastructure Investment Committees. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Partner in the Landmark Partners Private Equity Group, where he focused on transaction origination, underwriting and negotiation of private equity investments. Previously, Mr. Miller was Head of Private Equity at the New York City Retirement Systems ("NYCRS"), where he served on the LP Advisory Boards of more than 40 private equity funds. In addition, he was a Partner at Pomona Capital ("Pomona"), where he focused on sourcing and executing secondary transactions and was a member of the Pomona Capital Investment Committee. Prior to joining Pomona, he was a Senior Investment Manager at AXA Private Equity, where he was also Head of the New York office and served on the Global Investment Committee of AXA Private Equity. Mr. Miller currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Robert Toigo Foundation, an organization devoted to diversity in the investment management business and is a member of the Tulane School of Liberal Arts Deans' Advisory Council and Tulane Olive & Blue Society supporting Tulane Athletics. Mr. Miller previously served as a member of the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity Limited Partner Advisory Council. Mr. Miller holds a B.A. from Tulane University in Economics.

Steve has over 30 years of experience in investment research and portfolio management. Prior to joining Chicago Partners Wealth Advisors, Steve was the Founder, President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of EJM Wealth Management, LLC (EJM). Prior to launching EJM in 2009, Steve was an Institutional Portfolio Manager for Fidelity Management & Research Company, the investment arm of Fidelity Investments. In this role, Steve was responsible for the development and implementation of institutional fixed income investment strategies. Also, while with Fidelity, Steve was one of four Managing Directors of Research responsible for all investment analysis and portfolio recommendations for more than forty research analysts and associates. And as a research analyst, Steve was responsible for the research and investment recommendations for U.S. banks, broker-dealers, and investment managers across all fixed income portfolios. Before joining Fidelity, Steve was a Vice President and Senior Credit Officer in the Financial Institutions Group at Moody’s Investors Service. Steve was a member of the top-rated finance sector research team recognized by Institutional Investor magazine. Steve received a BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA with Distinction from DePaul University. He is an Evans Scholar and Director Emeritus of the Western Golf Association.
Ryan Rohloff

Ryan Rohloff is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group. He is responsible for originating and advising financial sponsors on GP-led secondary transactions, institutional investors on the disposal of private financial assets, and other special situations within the secondary market. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rohloff was a member of the secondary advisory team at PJT Partners (formerly The Blackstone Group). Mr. Rohloff’s career began at KPMG Corporate Finance advising on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Rohloff earned a B.S. in accounting and finance and an M.A. in corporate accounting from Florida State University.
